cold sore on nose

I've always put up with cold sores until now. A particuarly busy week at work whilst coping with flu has left me with not only a lip cold sore but also a rather nasty nose version. Right on the point of the nose, horrible blsiter / scab. Never had before and I think it will take an age to go (already 1 week and looking worse by the day). Anyone else experienced one of these. try (Natrum mur-6c) 2 drops in one cup of water daily only 3 days then stop and after week report me back please,OK

Simon, look up merc sol as a first remedy then Rhus tox, Ars alb. There are many. Regards.
