Bipolar II,depression, ocd, fatigue

I am looking for a different approach as the medicine prescribed to me has too many side effects..
I have Bipolar II, depression, anxiety, ocd (cleaning),restlessness, increase in weight (fluctuates), fatigue, and unmotivated as a result. I have had suicide ideations and when I do, I cut my arms to release the pain I feel internally. I am a 24 year old woman, mother, and wife. I am just looking to get well and if I could find something natural that would be great.
