Acne Scars

Hello,

I have been suffering from the physical and emotional effects of acne scars on my face for about 5 years now and after trying about almost anything I have turned to homeopathy for my cure. I have done a little bit of research on my own and read the many posts about scars on this website and I found the two products that seem to be promising are Thiosinaminum and Silica. Many say to use Thiosinaminum externally and internally but I was not able to find any place online that sells the Thiosinaminum 6x in cream form for external use. Is there any way I can buy the pellets and dissolve them in water and apply it directly to my face? Please let me know if you know a place that sells Thiosinaminum cream for external use.
How do I take the Thiosinaminum internally? How many pellets and for how long?
I have asked a lot of question. I am really desperate as these scars are affecting the quality of my life everyday.
Thank you very much for reading my long post. I would appreciate any input regarding this matter.
