PE problem

Dear All Doctors

Im 35 years old, married with 3 kids. I have PE since Im young and also my penis not so hard. When I go to the toilet for urine, I fell the urine is not come out completely. Im muslim I cannot pray immediately after I past urine.

Im not statisfy with my sex performance.

Currently Im taking honey every morning. Im Indian but now Im in USA.

How to overcome all this problem? Please help on this problem.

1-Did u ever get urine test?
Yes I did, seems normal

2-Do u feel burning or any other sensation before or during urine?
No.

3-Past diseaes if any?
No.

4-Describe urself as a person inside and outside home?
Im normal father to my kids and husband for my wife.
I have meet few (4) guys for oral sex (happen just within 4-5 yrs). I have interest to male since Im young. But never do anything. Im trying to avoid this happen and I wanted to avoid this happen in future.
So far we are happy. But Im upset with my sex performance, my penis not so hard, no mazi water when Im cumming and when I past urine not completely come out. Im NOT sport man, but I have my own activity. I was married when I was 25 yrs old, that time I was around 50-60 kg. I gain weight after I married and now 83kg. My height is 172cm

Yes,Kali Bichrom.Pills or dilution which is available.No homeo remedy is for a specific purpose.I recommended it for ur specific problem in the light of ur told constituion and urine symptoms.

With compositions one can get temporary effects but useless in the longrun.Even mother tincures should be used single rather than 'khichri'.If u want long last effects go ahead with patience.Come back after 1 week of Kalibi and next will be suggested on ur symptoms.
