HiI am 37, married and have kids. As much as I can remember, I have always suffered from premature ejaculation i.e. lasting few seconds to a minute while having intercourse. I started to masturbate early (~16 years of age) and although not sure (due to lack of consensus opinion), my masturbation habits and the urgency associated with it may have partly been the reason that I have developed this habit of early ejaculation over all these years.
Getting excited and fully erect is not much of a problem at all, although I feel that sometimes I get excited too easily, but then loose erection equally fast as well. Sometimes if I try side by side angle (compared with me on top), I may last little longer (upto 2 mins), but it is not consistent either.
I am otherwise perfectly healthy, no other health issues AT ALL. I eat well, I am an educated professional. I have tried stop-squeeze technique myself and with the help of my wife, but without much success at all. I am fully aware that much of PE and other sexual issues like this are psychological and taking your mind off or meditation is helpful. However, I have tried doing everything I can to get my mind off from this, but with no success. I think I need some medicinal help in conjunction with other physical efforts to help me improve my condition. Please let me know solution to my problem.

try LYCOPODIUM 200C once a week for some weeks and once you get the result, you must stop the remedy.
