I doubt that Nat Phos 6x can help you with your PCOS.

However if you wish to reduce your weight it is very likely that it may help as it has helped thousands of others who are overweight throughout the world.

One problem that I can forsee is that this remedy is extremely shy and does not work when used with other drugs. Since you are using other medication it may not work but there is no harm in taking 2 tablets after both lunch and dinner and checking your weight in a week.

You may like to know that at age 76 I have not used any drugs whatsoever since 2002 when I was in surgery and used Cipro for 3 weeks. I have not used any drug since and none for about 20 years prior to surgery. Homeopathic remedies like Nat Phos 6x are extremely shy and will not help to reduce weight if used with other drugs. It will however help to reduce acidity and if this is your main problem, it will help you.

You may wonder how I replied so quickly after your post which has just arrived. I have a standard set of instructions for ailments like Asthma that I have prescribed so often that it is more convenient for me to copy and paste it as I have done below.

I would like to add that this remedy Nat Sulph 6c if used precisely in the manner that I have prescribed it has helped over 50 patients whom I have treated in Sri Lanka, who were dependent on Inhalers to survive and do not use them any more and can be considered cured.

I have treated many cases of Asthma successfully in adults and the remedy that I recommend you use is Nat Sulph 6c which must be used precisely in the manner indicated below:

Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from your nearest supermarket.
Pour out 100ml
Drop in 3 pellets or 1 drop of liquid Nat Sulph 6c into the 400ml water
Cap the bottle tightly and succuss it 4-6 times by banging on your palm and look out for the air bubbles to fizzle up from the bottom.
Pour out 1 teaspoonful of the potentized remedy into half a cup of water from another bottle of the same water and stir it gently.
Sip 1 teaspoonful of the water from the cup just once daily.

You will have to stop all other medication if you wish to start on this therapy.

This remedy should be taken daily for some time in the future and you may like to know that I have many instances of adults who were chronic sufferers from Asthma for many years who do not use the remedy any more after about 4 months on this therapy. Others who were not so chronic react favourably in a few days and only use the remedy if and when necessary.

The remedy that I have used when the patient is having an acute attack and is straining for breath is Ars Alb 200c. This remedy is taken dry and just 4 globules will suffice for a dose which may only be taken just once daily when the patient is gasping for breath. I do not know what Focus V30 is and it is very unlikely that Calc Carb 1M will help for weight loss.

A remedy for obesity and non-toxic goitre; also exophthalmic. Digestion is furthered and flatulence diminished. Obstinate constipation; forehead feels as if compressed by an iron ring. Thyroid enlargement in obese subjects.

I have however not used it as I am more than satisfied with Nat Phos 6x which reduces weight in about 80% of the cases that use it.

Your reaction is quite normal and almost everyone has reported that they feel much lighter in a few days on the therapy.

You may like to know that Nat Phos is Sodium Phosphate and at 6x potency the actual salt present in a tablet is 1/1millionth of the salt.

If your Nat Phos 6x tablets are not damp or discoloured and have been stored in an air tight container, it is most likely that they are still potent even after 10 years.

I presume that you wish to use this remedy for weight reduction but I doubt that it would do so if you also take other drugs with it.

You may however take it when you do not take your PMS medication which I presume you use for only a limited time during the month.

You have lost about 1kg per week and I would recommend that you now reduce your dosage to just 1 tablet after lunch and dinner to slow down the rate of your weight reduction. The ideal should be around 0.5kg per week and this should continue for some months in the future till you are comfortable with your weight when you can stop using the remedy.

I am still amazed how Nat Phos 6x can reduce weight and a record such as yours will help to confirm that although this remedy is not recorded in the classical texts for weight reduction, it really does so very safely.

You can imagine the great favour that this remedy can bestow on the Obese population of the world, especially in the US whose population is officially recognized to be 65% Obese.

I have tried to spread the word in the media that this simple remedy is the Ultimate Cure for Obesity but not one of those who can spread this message to the world are interested in doing so, merely because it is a Homeopathic Remedy.

It is my fervent hope that this obvious prejudice against Homeopathy will be overcome and that this remedy will be used wherever it can to help anyone who is obese to reduce weight safely.

Glad to note that you will use Nat Phos to help with weight loss. Please note that it is only Nat Phos 6x (biochemic) that will reduce weight. I have experimented with 3x, 12x, 30x ( triturated) and the higher potencies which are always supplied in ethanol like 6c, 30c and 200c but none of them work to reduce weight.

It was a chance in a million that I had when I discovered that the 6x reduced weight in an obese man for whom I gave the Nat Phos 6x for his GERD. He discovered that his weight was also dropping while his ailment was also cured. I believe he reduced about 25kg from 135kg.

You may like to know that a new drug RIMONABENT has been released at a $25 per tablet and they have discovered many side effects and more information can be had by a search on Google. It is still highly advertised while a simple remedy like Nat Phos 6x which has been proved to reduce weight is not even talked about except on the ABC.

There is no doubt that this remedy can help to reduce weight safely in the Obese and I keep hoping that the media will promote it worldwide to help those unfortunate people who can lose weight as so many have already done with Nat Phos 6x.

It is the caffein in Coffee that antidotes the Nat Phos from its priceless adjunct of reducing weight. It will always help with acidity after a meal but does not work as a weight reducing agent with Coffee.

The contents of caffein in tea is much less than in coffee but tea is rich in Amphetamines which do not seem to antidote the Nat Phos 6x from reducing weight.

I presume that you will take 2 tablets after both lunch and dinner to reduce weight. After you have stabilized you can reduce the dosage to just 1 tab after meals and your scale will be your best judge of how you are progressing and what the dosage should be.

I have often questioned those who have used the Nat Phos therapy and they all confirmed that they did not experience any more frequent visits to the toilet which proves that this weight loss that I observed in my first patient about 2 years ago is not connected to loss of liquids from the body. To make the Arnica wet dose you use either 3 globules or 2 drops of the remedy in Ethanol which you can get from any Homeopathy Pharmacy in India.
The latter is better as you are sure that you use Arnica 30c in ethanol.

Keep about an hour between the remedies and remember to succuss (shake) the bottle at least 10 times before sipping a teaspoonful.

Do not take cola drinks, preserved meats containing Saltpeter and coffee.
