I just took my dose this morning (Monday). But I had meant to update you further...
Last Thursday there was much blood in the stool.Also, It had seemed that I had started my period, while in fact I've just been spotting now for several days. It's like I'm on the last day of my period even though I'm due to start this weekend. A positive discharge I'm hoping.

Unfortunately I have nothing very positive to report.My mood continues to be very foul. I just want to be left alone. It seems to be a little worse in the evening. I've been under a lot of stress lately, not from my own life but from the problems people in my life are having. Even so, I'm not handling things as well as I had been.
Still having some blood spotting as if I'm at the end of my period. No more blood in the stool, although they are hard to pass. Everything else remains the same.

I took my doses on Monday while I was having some pretty bad period cramps, and it seemed to help them quite a bit, at least for several hours.It was quite heavy the first two days with many dark clots. Not really any other physical changes to report.
But mentally I have been feeling a little better. I'm not at 100% yet, but I feel like I can handle being around people without being horribly grouchy. I've been in the mood to be productive.
Maybe something else to mention would be that my eyes have been very dry lately. Also, I had forgotten to tell you that while on the last remedy I had a horrible boil-like bump on the skin behind my ear which eventually I had to drain.
I think that is all the news...

Everything is about the same. Still feeling pretty good. I think the biggest change has been in my energy. I've been sleeping less most nights and exercising more. No real changes in my digestion or in sexual desire. Pain with intercourse maybe decreased very slightly.
I think the biggest issues for me right now are the painful periods, lack of desire and pain with intercourse.

I took my dose last week, right before my period. I had a lot of cramps, but the intensity was a little less, and I didn't have such a heavy flow. I am retaining a lot of water though.
Still doing pretty good with my energy levels and not a lot to report about any mood changes. Still lack of sexual desire, pain with intercourse.

Well, I had a few noticeable changes...I think I took my remedy on Monday and by Tuesday night I was having some waves of very negative emotions. Resentment, disgust, anger. Overall, I would say my mood has been the same as before, except for those few waves.
Saturday I had a very long day followed by a late supper, which was spicy. On the way home my heart was just flip flopping all over the place. It wasn't a hard feeling, it was just that they were coming one right after the other and I was feeling quite panicky and shaky and my muscles were very tensed up.
I have also been having more bowel movements in the past couple of days.
I should also mention that at the beginning of last week I had a lot of water retention, which I am still having but not as bad. My legs were feeling like lead weights. I have also gained several pounds over the course of the past couple of remedies, which seems to happen sometimes when I take a new remedy. I'm not sure if it's just water weight or if my metabolism has slowed down. At any rate, I have been , in general, feeling more energetic in the past several weeks to the point where I'm starting to develop a more consistent exercise routine, including jogging (and I don't feel as strongly the need to sleep for an hour afterward anymore)

Not too much new to report. Pain with intercourse is slightly better. Still no desire. Bloating has gone down. Heart flip flops continue although they are not a hard thumping feeling most of the time, but just enough to make me catch my breath. I have to admit though, that I haven't been as faithful about eating my bananas, so I'm sure that's not helping.
I also have not had quite as much energy this past week and have felt a little more weak. Also my body feels very stiff and tense. I've been cramping up muscles very easily.

It's been way too long...I hope you're still with me. So here is a compilation of symptoms:
Current:
-Very painful periods. I am usually quite fatigued and in bed for 2-3 days every month. Symptoms are almost always left sided. Pain relievers only take the edge off slightly, but not enough to be able to function normally. Pressure on left side of the abdomen feels good, but doesn't take the pain away entirely. 2-3 times a year at most I will have a period that is not too bad and I can pretty much go about my business.
-Pain with intercourse. This comes in varying degrees. But it always upon initial contact, and then slowly gets better. It's like a sharp cutting pain. Here, again, there are a few times where I don't experience this, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. It's generally accompanied by lack of any sexual desire. Although that has been slightly better these past few weeks.
-Hiatal hernia. It often hurts to take deep breaths. If I do a lot of stretching and a lot of deep breathing it will get a little better.
-Varicose Veins mostly in left leg. They are very sensitive to touch. If I even bump my shin a little bit it will swell up like a softball. Worse in hot humid weather. Better after wearing high heels.
-Fatigue in morning. Goes beyond just not being a morning person. My blood pressure is usually quite low and I can't move about a lot or I'll get dizzy and tired. I usually feel better from 1 pm on. from 5 pm until about 10:30 or 11 is when I feel my
best
-Dry hair and thinning hair. Healthy nails, though. They grow faster than I can clip them.
-Slight anxiety, although after I started following your recommendations this is a hundred times better. Still occasional feelings of panic or 'what if...'. Usually happens when I've been very busy.
-Making lists makes me feel better. I feel like I always have a million things floating around in my head and I get anxious if I don't write them down.
-Regular massage gives me a better overall sense of well being and decreases anxiety.
-Worse in a draft. I feel irritated and tired and I can't concentrate on anything.
-I generally feel better in the summer time. Sunshine and warm air energizes me
-Burping usually worse when I'm feeling tense. Not a huge issue anymore, but worth mentioning.
-My weight has started creeping up a little bit. I've noticed that when I'm feeling pretty good I can eat whatever I want. But when I'm not my weight will creep up a few pounds here and a few pounds there. I haven't been able to get out of the gaining weight cycle for a few years. I'm not by any means overweight, and I'm in fairly good shape, but I can tell my body is where it's at when I'm feeling my best.
-I would say I get a little frustrated at people who I have to explain things in detail to. I have to work very hard to not give generalities and to be more detailed when I speak. I prefer not getting bogged down in details when something is explained to me. I would rather get the gist of it and then figure the rest out myself.
-I have an unending faith in the fact that people will improve. I usually feel that most people can be helped even when they are in a very bad situation or they act in ways that are inappropriate. Like those with mental problems, social problems etc..I'm not close with many people but when I do get close with someone I am fiercely loyal to them even if they hurt me.

I also forgot to add that heart pvc's continue. They are usually worse with exercise, caffeine and dairy. Sometimes when exercising I will get very dizzy and can take me several hours to start to feel normal again. There are times when I don't seem to have them at all and then, other times I will get them every day.
