Ia admire your patience with homeopathy. I also can see how very difficult it is to get results without in person consultation.
I am writing because after reading the whole thread I see a great deal of similarities with my own problems which were greatly helped by Staphysagria 200c. I know you excluded this remedy early after reading its description. I find most descriptions of Staphysagria very misleading and extreme. In choosing it I relied on the key symptoms of mild disposition (repressed anger) as well as general sensitivity.
I also share with you ethnic (Slavic) background.

Thank you so much for reading and writing. I do not check this thread very often anymore so I did not see it until now.
I will give Staphysagria another look.
Also, I have decided to look for a homeopath in the area who can do some kind of payment plan. Sameer has been great, but I think in person consultation is obviously just another thing all together.

Some homeopathy schools have free or low cost clinics, like the Institute of Classical Homeopathy in San Francisco (free). Sometimes there is a long waiting list though. Best wishes, Konstanze

Thanks for the advice. I got in touch with them about a year ago and got on their list and never heard back. From what I hear, homeopathic schools are in big trouble financially these days.
I actually began seeing a homeopath earlier this week. We are doing a payment plan. She picked a remedy for me, but I have not received it yet and we decided that I would not know what it is at first so that I don't start reading about it and looking for symptoms. I am pretty excited about the prospect of actually finding the right remedy.

As long as the original potency of Ignatia was working it was not a good idea to go to the higher potency. it would have been better to wait for good feeling to wane then go slightly higher by succussing the water formula after putting the lower dose of Ignatia.
