Chronic Sinus Infections

My son is 19. He is in the middle of allergy maintenance shots for severe allergies.

However, when he first visited the allergist, they did a scan and found that he was full of infection (80%) in his sinuses. We surmised that he had a chronic infection for years.

They have had him on antibiotics, flushes, and prednisone.... each multiple times. He does not want to continue that route, as it is unwise and unhealthy.

What homeopathic remedies could he be taking to remedy this problem once and for all?
