Remedy for speech delay

Dear Doctors,
My son is 2 years and 5 months old.HE is still mostly babbling. HE makes lot of sounds and some words like baba, dada, nana, mama. He can follow some directions. He seems to understand and associate pictures with objects. HE can recognize some letters and numbers, nursey rhymes, names of animals, fruits and follow directions like'COme drink your milk' or ' Come eat your bread'. Just simple one step directions like these.
He was C-section. He did not have any problems. C-section was a repeat one. My first child was C-section. He has gained weight and height appropriately. Was breastfed 6-7 months. Never been hospitalized till now.HIs motor skills are okay as per his pediatrician. Only concern at this moment is his speech an dlanguage delay. Does not have tantrums. Is quite obedient. Likes food little warm.Loves cuddling and socializing. Does not have any other delays. Walked at 11 months. Rolled over at 4 months.
Can you please suggest a remedy.

I want to mention a few more facts. My son usually sleeps on his stomach. HE sleeps well.But he does no tusually like covers.BUt once he falls to sleep I cover him up. SOmetimes he removes them again.Also when he is at home he does not want to wear anything on his legs. HE only has his diapers on. NO pants. But when we go go out, he will himself bring teh pant and would want to wear it. He does not usually get cold or infections unless he contracts it from his older brother who is in school or from me and my husband. I don't know if these will make any difference. But I just wanted to inform you.
Also let me confirm the medicine b4 I buy them it is Nat mur 6X twice daily for 7 days. Give 5 days gap. THen give Phos 6X 2 tabs daily for one month.

Doctor I looked up Boiron, Hyland and Wh . I could not find five phos. The menu showed phos and ferrum phos. Kindly let me know where can I get five phos.

best get into health history before dosing with nat-m ---particular area of emphasis is--skin condiiton since birth?no matter how small --tiniest rash...need describe that area in sdeatil---and how treatd?? also other ills litle gut had since birh--and how treted?

Yes doctor my son had rashes from his scalp to his toe at birth. At first the peddiatrician thought it was th enew born rashes. But they did not go away in 6- 8 weeks.So the pediatrician asked me to give my son regular bath, apply Aquaphor or Aveeno baby moisturiser and keep his body covered all the time. My son was born in October 2006. We are near Washington DC.It was quite chilly anyway. So I kept him covered. While I was breastfeeding, at times his rashes increased. THe rashes were spread out over his head, face, neck, body, hands, legs.So I kept eliminating lot of food from my diet. At last the pediatrician asked me to give him Omega 3-6-9 from Nordic naturals.I stopped breastfeeding after about 7-8 months. He was 9 months old then. Alsothe weather had gotten better. His skin got better. At about 10-11 months, his skin became free of rashes. Nothing has happened since then. Now his skinis very soft just like baby skin. It gets little dry in winter. But I apply moisturiser and he is fine. HE does not have rashes anymore. I still give him Omega 3-6-9. It was recommended by the ped doctor.
As far as his digestive system is concerned, he does not have any problem till now. His stool and urine is normal. No foul smell or color.
Last year at age 1, we had gone to India where he had food poisoning.He was treated with anitbiotics by the doctor. He did not have any other episode.
Can you pls tell me what is five phos. I cannot find it anywhere.
