please take three doses of pulsatilla 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day. Please note that you should not take doses daily but only on one day.

What is one dose?
Add 2-3 drops of the remedy to some 20 ml water and sip the water slowly.

Please follow homeo resrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. Please observe carefully changes in your symptoms and report back after 10 days.

Hi,
Thank you kindly for your response. I have a question about the 30c pulsatilla -

I can get the little pills here but I have not seen any liquid drops for sale.

Can I use the little white pills or do I need to do something else?

Also, I've no idea what homeo restrictions might be : do you mean give up coffe/raw onion/garlic for duration of treatment?

thanks.

One more question please

you suggested that I
'What is one dose?
Add 2-3 drops of the remedy to some 20 ml water and sip the water slowly.'

What does it mean 'water dose' - all I can find are little white pills. Not anything in water.

My above suggestion should be ignored as you got pills and not the liquid dilution.

In case of pills one dose is 5 pills kept in mouth until dissolved. Pills should not be swallowed they will get dissolved in mouth within minutes. Pills should not be touched with hands. Cap of bottle should be used to take pills.

OK, today no coffee and followed all other restrictions with the treatment.

Have had a lot of lower eyelid twitching. Around eyelids feels oddly numb, as well as twitchy.

But overall, not much burning and my eyes feel better than they have recently.

Will check back in 10 days.

Update:

Eyes feel gritty and burning at end of day and upon waking. Still some insomnia but it seems a little better. Have slept through the night twice but never on consecutive nights.

One thing. Originally left eye started burning before right eye did. Have had some days of R eye feeling better and L eye burning. Some times I feel eyes are a little more moist, but hard to tell.

Overall, I would say maybe things are a little better, but it is hard to tell.

Have had a little coffee at times during the week to counteract sleep deprivation and work shift change (to early am shift)

Coffee antidotes pulsatilla. Please don't take coffee during the treatment period. You may take tea instead.

Please take three doses of pulsatilla 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day (not daily) and report back after 10 days.

Hi, Zambian,

Do drops mean 'doses'?

thanks!!!

I work in a hospital. With new shift hours and insomnia, small amounts of coffee are better than that I miss attending to a patient. SO I guess pulsatilla is not the cure for me.
