Paranoia

Hi, can you tell me if either
Mercurius Vivus or Tarentula Hispanica, would be an ok start if I'm looking for a substitute for an anti-psychotic like olanzapine. They seemed to be the two that best match my symptoms on your web diagnosis program. My symptoms are basically paranoid personality, however I am aware that the thoughts are irrational so the condition isn't chronic, it's just that as my mind tends to race and i'm constantly suspicious of people, mainly that they know my secrets it inhibits my ability to function in everyday life beyond basic human interaction. I did have Olanzapine prescribed which I took for over a year and although the paranoia stopped to a certain degree it also destroyed my ability to think clearly, I would sleep for 14 hours non-stop if not woken and life was like moving through treacle. I've placed an order for the two supplements listed in 200c strength to see if they help but thought I'd check the forum to see if there is another recommendation and if there are any risks involved with either.

Any one who prescribes psychotropic drugs needs their head examined.
Merc is a possible for its suddenly changing moods [mercurial]
- as are Lycopod & Sulphur
Lycopd if you eat little and often & hate oysters & have a down period around 4-6 o.c
Sul if you are untidy , hot feet in bed quick temper and early morn bowel motion.
Weird aint it!.

Not sure if this is relevant to the diagnosis but I used to go clubbing alot and took dance drugs regularly. In particular Ectasy, Cocaine, Speed, LSD, Cannabis. I do feel that this is the primary cause of the paranoia.
