7 mo. with acid reflux
My 7 mo. baby has acid refluxgerd. The doctors gave him Zantac. it doesn't seem to be helping. I am still breast feeding and feeding hime baby food. He vomits all day. He is very healthy and happy. The vomiting seems to be getting worse. It also seems he doesnt sleep through the night because he wakes up to burp. I need help.Domineko on 2005-04-01

Kent said many years ago that if a baby cannot digest the breast milk feed Silica to the mother .
Try Silica 6x morning and night for a week and see how you go.
If there is an improvement stop the silica until the condition starts to come back.

Also, check the baby food bottles. If there is any pasta in it, this is wheat.
Feed only rice cereal. Not a mixture. Use your own milk, no cow's. No formula mix. Goat's milk is easier to digest for little ones too. It has smaller protein particals.
Peas are not good, related to peanuts. May not be tolerated.
Give only baby food lamb. Squash (alone) is good. Boil it up and mash well. Some you must cut up with sharp knife as it has strings in it. Or use blender. It seems that green things are harder for a young child. Carrots and beets are next as you add one by one to watch if your child is better or worse from each.
Feed "some" squash and skip a day then "some" carrots, etc. One will notice the tummy or the diaper for clues to what is difficult for him.
As you learn to see the clues, other things will be easier for you.
I am appalled at the Zantac. I would never give.
I pray you are refusing the "baby shots?" They are full of heavy metals and this could be a direct cause. Drs do not ask permission, they just do it. Say it is against your religion. It is the only legal recourse to avoid this.

whats the full name of the medicine? my 12 week old son has same problem.i am new in homeopathy forum and dont know much about it.
am writing the symptoms of my baby ---
1) edgy and cranky the whole day. doesnt sleep in the daytime, has to be put upright .wakes up for burping in the daytime.
2) rubs his left ear a lot. ( either below the ear or top)
rubs his face also a lot.
3)has phlegm and cough(not much cough but phlegm) .
4)alternates between good and bad days..
5) throws up curd like substance after feeding.
6) wakes up for burps in the middle of sleep.
pls let me know if the silica is the cure and whats the full name of silica medicine as the suggestions at the bottom says silica marina??
