One question: I'm a bit new to homeopathic remedies -- would you go with 3X or 3C? Is there a reason that trailing letter was omitted? Thanks again!

Also, the 'lotion' made from the mother tincture and water -- is that all it is? Simply mix the tincture with water and apply to the skin where the varicocele is evident?

How about giving detailed symptoms, also recent or old standing case?
Whenever no letter is mentioned, it is C. I am told 3 is not easily available. So take 6.

Fairly recent case I would say -- began just a few months ago. Ache in the scrotum that gets worse as the day goes on, feeling of heaviness, minor swelling. It's not major pain, but it's enough. Slight discomfort when ejaculating. Avoiding sex/masturbation until it's cleared up.

Support the scrotum/testes and start hamamelis. Why do you have to resort to unnatural practice of masterbation when you have access to the natural.

I have had a varicocele for about a year and a few months i would say, I have a large painfull lump in my left testicle and a small painless one in my right. Should i use the hamamelis potency 3 and mother tincture combination, or the flouric acid potency 3/6.

i also have pain along the entire inner part of my left leg mostly in my thigh knee and sole of my foot, which i believe to be from lack of circulation from the Vericocele. please help me.

I'm taking Fluoric acid 3C 2 drops in 1 tsp every 4 hours. How many months I need to continure this to cure varicocele completely or see significant difference?

hi myself usman n i m 27, i recently felt pain in my scrotum, left side n i feel the swelling on veins, its not perminent but it starts discomfort me after wearing a long underwear, i started my self research on internet and found hamamelis but there wasnt any potency or type of hamamelis on the web portal, i discussed with the pharmacist n he suggest me with a mother tincture. The book by famous English doctor, Henry Clarke, suggests the following treatment:-
1. Hamamelis, potency 3C, 3 globules to be taken 3 hourly in a tea spoon of distilled/boiled drinking-water. Keep in mouth for a while before swallowing.
2. Support the testes to avoid pull on the testes' spermatic cords. Support is a pouch for testes, supported by a ribbon around the waist. It is available with phamacy.
3. Whenever convenient, apply compress of a lotion containing 1 dram of Hamamelis Q(mother tincture) in 1 pint of distilled/boiled drinking-water.
4. Avoid putting strong smelling things in mouth at least half an hour before and after taking the medicine.

1.how long should i need to take the medicine hamamelis 3c on 3 hourly basis ? also is it like 4-8 times per day or non stop from the morning till the sleep ?
2. I feel if i wear anything that hold my scrotum (testes pouch)for some long time period it starts pain me like after 2-3 hours, if something alike happened while wearing support ?
3. i use to go to gym n do weight lifting, my weights are quite heavy, is there any safety measure regarding to my exercise matter ?
4. i didnt get the DRAM OF HAMAMELIS and PINT OF WATER, plz elaborate 'DRAM AND PINT'

Thanks for writing back. I started taking Fluoric acid 3C 2 drops in a spoon of water 4 hourly till the sleep. I've been following this since last 20 days. I'm taking only Fluoric acid no other meds. How long should I continue before I see my pain getting any better. Do I need to take some other medicine along with Fluoric acid?

Pl support the way it suits you.
Reg gym, ask some doctor.
1 dram(correct drachm)is 1 tea-spoon-full.
1 pint is about 1 small drinking water glass(32 table-spoon-full). It is used for taking food.

my situation is as following: I have a varicocele ever since puberty but never had felt pain until last week. 2 years ago I got married and checked at doctor if it has any effect and he told me it is totally fine. Ever since then my wife gave birth to a child and I was since then without worries about the varicocele. Only last week I started to feel somewhat of a pain and that the left side of my testicles is about twice as big.
What can I do, please. Thank you in advance for your replies

I actually went to the doctor 2 years ago and it was diagnosed 2nd grade varicocele, which the doctor advised me not to worry about. I've done a urine and sperm test, of which I'm going to get the results tomorrow. I've been wearing tighter underpants for a few days and it feels a little bit better since it stops the testicles from hanging down.
I just want to know if my case is treatable with the Hammamelis way, which you have been suggesting to the previous users in this forum.

Yes. Hamamelis way. If it is not covenient to take in water outdoors, take dry globules- place under tongue until dissolved. Do let me know the result of test.

Only one problem. I don't know where to get hamamelis q and hamamelis potency 3, cause I live in Germany and as far as I know we don't have a whole foods store here. I will try to find it in my local drug stores or pharmacies.

Ok, I found out hamamelis potency is being sold on this website. Should I take the 3C? As for hamamelis q I have to search further since they don't have it on this website.

Wholefood chain is in USA. Germany is the birth place of Homeopathy and hence, I guess, it should be easily available.

my age is 20 and i've recently started feeling swellness in veins or tubes in my scortum,,
In detail: i can feel swellness in the veins of the left side in the bag, there is a slight pain when the testes are relaxed.. I observed that my testes are hanging a little lower then before,
i do freestyle boxing so there is a lot of streaching of legs and abdomen exercise all the time. I am worried about it as i am near to join navy soon..

Hi Mr.Sahai i want to know that by taking fluoric acid medicine will that only relief me from pain or treat my varicocele completely.....its 6 years old and pains badly some times and sometimes there is no pain for long periods...i have ultrasounds and also visited urologists but no solution can you help please...
