I was operated for vericocele (left) in 2008. But now again i m feelin pain and drag in vains. Also sometimes i feel pain in left back to testicle.

Sir, it seems that some vain is connected from testicle to some organ located in back and side and pain start fromm testicle and reach to upper vains.

I suggest the following :
1.Take Fluoric Acid, potency 3, 2 drops, 4 hourly. 2. Support the testes to avoid pull on the testes' spermatic cords. Support is a pouch for testes, supported by a ribbon around the waist. It is available with pharmacy.
3. Whenever convenient, apply compress of a lotion containing 1 dram of Hamamelis Q(mother tincture) in 1 pint of boiled drinking-water. 4. Avoid putting strong smelling things in mouth at least half an hour before and after taking the medicine.

Also, what's the difference between the 6C and 6X potency?
Would taking pellets be just as effective as taking the liquid form? I've located the pellets online, but not the liquid.

These are 2 different methods of potentisation. It will take time to explain in detail. 6C is much higher potency than 6X.
Taking in liquid form will be more effective than in pellet form, and vice-versa, depending upon the case.

Thanks for the quick response Sahai. Just to let you know, I've had a left varicocele since about the age of 15. It's gotten slightly worse throughout my twenties and stayed pretty much the same until the age of 33. I'll be 36 soon and I have noticed over the last 3 years it has gotten worse with atrophy of the testicle. Do you think there is any hope with using Fluoric Acid? Do you have any other recommendations?

I think it is a good idea to start with a low potency in chronic cases and then gradually increase the potency as improvement graph flattens with time.
With 6C potency, take 1 drop, 4 times daily.
How long! we will decide depending upon the improvement.
