I have varicocele. My right testicle is enlarged & Swollen, compared to the left one & it is twisted also. i don't want to do surgery, if you can suggest me some medicines or other alternatives ( may be exercise or some kinda support ) to reduce varicocele. I will help me a lot. also want to tell, i wear tight clothes ( trousers ). is this harmful ?? Awaiting for your reply.

Are you sure that it is not hydrocele? Please explain,'Rt is twisted'. Tight clothes should not interfere with circulation. Since when this trouble?

I was going through the reports given by endoscopist surgeon. It says
1. RIL mild varicocele
2. No hernia
Medicines was suggest :
1. Drotina
2. HAppi
3. RH
i took above mentioned medicines for 20-25 days, pain stopped but swelling & twist in testicle is still there..
I have this problem from June 2012 & initially it was paining very badly, so i did ultra scan - color Doppler test, which shows there is swelling in right testicle & it is twisted.
Please suggest...

I have varicocele since last 3 years now.
I took the Fluoric acid 1.5 years back for continuous 4 months and it really helped me a lot. At that time the pain was continuous for 4-5 months. After taking Fluoric acid for 4 months pain went away for good duration of time.
Now, the pain comes and goes away.When the pain comes it usually stays for few days and then goes off for longer terms like few months.
I'm thinking of doing this fluoric acid course for 3 months.
Do you think of anything else or any suggestions based on my symptoms.

I had an ultrasound scan on September 29, 2013 and was diagnosed with varicocele in my left testes. Spermatic cord looks normal. The urologist told me to go and didn't want to do anything. He said there is no drugs to be given to me for now and if the varicocele should make me feel discomfort and severe pain, then i should come back to the hospital and the only solution for varicocele is surgery. I don't want to go on surgery if there are other methods that will eradicate it as effectively as surgery.
I do feel some pain in the left testes sometimes and only few times on the right. Is there any remedy for me The left scrotum sac is sometimes longer than the right sac.

1. Hamamalis, potency 3C, 2(1,if big) globules to be taken 3 hourly under the tongue.
2. Support the testes to avoid pull on the testes' spermatic cords. Support is a pouch for testes, supported by a ribbon around the waist. Ask your phamacy.
3. Whenever convenient, apply compress of a lotion containing 1 dram of Hamamalis Q(mother tincture) in 1 pint(glass) of distilled/boiled drinking-water.
4. Avoid putting strong smelling things in mouth at least half an hour before and after taking the medicine.

How long treatment, depends upon the severity of case. It is not an antibiotic. There is no parallel in allopathy. Q is again the degree of strength. It indicates 0 potency but written as Q or it is simply called mother tincture.

For now I don't feel pain in there like I use to but sometimes the left testes is longer than that of the right.

Please under 'H' drugs, I found only 'Hamamelis Virginica - Single remedy. Is that the correct drug?
One more thing. can you please repeat the dosage to me again. Since its now in pills, how do I take them, like 1 pill put under the tongue and let it melt. Then repeat this every 3 hours again through the day?

Hamamelis Virginica is the correct remedy.
Yes, one pill under the tongue, let it melt, wait for 15 minutes before putting any strong smelling thing in the mouth.
Repeating every 3 hrs is not required in your case. Take 3 times daily.
