This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
After the 1st 2 days which were not good, I am much better now thank you. So I should continue and take another dose in about 8 days or so?

Do you think that the problems on the first two days were caused by the remedy?

If not, then yes, I think you should use the remedy again in about 8 days.

every 10-12 days. Depression is holding up OK but I still have a problem with mental and physical tiredness. My work involves a lot of concentration, reading, analysing, writing etc. Often I take 50-100 mg modafinal to help. So any suggestions would be gratefully received

Emotional symptoms often improve before physical symptoms. I would recommend continuing with the Mez with the same frequency.

More symptoms will improve with ongoing regular use.

mental OK. physical were: aching legs and a strange sleepiness late afternoon that a short nap would not really fix.

I meant to ask you some unrelated help for my frequent colds. I get very blocked upo in my sinuses with a lot of mucus. I take normal allopathic drugs, but they don't do much. Any suggestion to releave the symptoms?

I don't think that Mez. is going to help with those symptoms, as they aren't key Mez. symptoms. However, I think that you shouldn't interrupt the use of the Mez. If possible avoid the allopathic drugs.

I will not stop the mezereum. I was just wondering if homeopathy could help with the symptoms of a plain cold: blcked sinuses etc.

Is this a new cold, or is this something you've had for a while?

It happens every autumn/winter. We live in a damp area (not a damp house, the whole town is quite humid) and I find that when the cold weather approaches I get a slight cold (usual sore throat etc) which lasts a couple of days but I also get a sinusitis which lasts for 4-6 weeks. Head is very blocked up (can breath OK), headaches in the sinus areas on the forehead. Plenty of chesty mucus as well, some coughing, not too much, but the voice is altered - typical head cold voice. The symptoms last for several weeks until gradually things start moving and the mucus start to come out. Medications don't help much, I take sudafed as anti-decongestant and inbuprofen for the headache
