in general the Mez seems to be going OK but I have had a relapse, a bout of depression at christmas - this is historically a bad time, in the past it has always been a period of worse depression. this time it has not been so bad

I see that you are using the albapapa account for the whole family.

I am advising a husband on Mez., and I've just advised a child to begin Med.

I haven't yet started going through the 'stramonium' discussion. Have you been using other remedies besides Mez.? It is going to be a long lasting homeopathic medicine that will do you much good over many months. Unless something in your case becomes very different, you can use other remedies for acute conditions, but this remedy will progressively improve your symptoms including depression over the long term.

COLD SYMPTOMS
very blocked up in my sinuses with a lot of mucus.

I just want to see... is this patient continuing to use the Mezerium every 10 days or so? I would recommend that this patient continues with the LM1 until it is completely finished. And then possibly move to LM2 of Mezerium.
