You are most welcome for finding time to visit this site. I want to assure you that you have not made any mistake coming to this site. I have not said that I am a medical Doctor and am not claiming to be one either. But come to think of it, do I sound too confident? Yes I am! Let me explain
Some years back, I was really embarrassed by this so called Premature Ejaculation I said I was because it is now a history.
Let me show you the top 5 misleading suggestions I've uncovered on the internet in course of my research. I read about so many methods, Techniques and drugs of controlling Premature Ejaculation. Some of which are:
1. Creams / Sprays / Extra condoms: Numbing whats the point of sex if you're not really feeling it? Imagine that, two people going through the motions without feeling it!
2. Distracting Yourself: Turning off your arousal temporarily by thinking of other things during sex is not the same as mastering it.
3. Masturbation: As long as your masturbation is not tied to your sexual performance it can be an enriching part of your sex life. But what if it does? Then what happens? Your problem remains unsolved.
4. Muscle Control: The theory is that with enough muscle strength and control you can prevent ejaculation escaping by catching it with intense muscle contractions! This could very stressful and tedious.
5. Alcohol / Drugs: Relying on alcohol or drugs before you initiate a sexual encounter is a definite no-no. Alcohol ultimately depresses your nervous system. And so depresses your ability to feel and maintain an erection.

ok plz help me with this i am 19 now and i was masturbating for like 3 years now i was doing it regularly for about 4 or 5 times a week according to my mode and i never had any sexual problems during all that period until the last two weeks when i just had alot of energy and depression too (love issues and college issues) so i raise it to 4 times a day for four weeks guess that over masturbating huh? anyway after those two weeks when i returned to my old 5 times a week i found that my erection is not hard as before and i ejaculation was faster than before i dont know why? but i guess this from the suddenly raise in masturbating period i just did.....hmmm now i dont know why to do i quit it for about a week now (i done it only once) and i dont if i should see a doctor or just resting a lil bit and see what happened next

I wish that you must also try and depend on Bi combination 27.. take 4 pill every four hours daily at least for one year. The onset of effect will start immediately within 24 hours..
You may also try Alfalfa Tonic (with Ginseng), (I think SBL, India has this product). Please take this tonic, 2 teaspoonful, half an hour before each meal..
The above both the medicines will attack the root cause and they will act as system corrector. You may continue other medicines also. But these medicines have worked wonderfully well to may of my similar patients...

I am 22 yrs old, having this PE problem for almost 7-8 years. I started masterbation at 13 and I think Over-masterbation has led to this state.
