I don't think anyone will see whatever it is you see. You look completely normal to me, which is not surprising since your illness is all about a misperception of your appearance.
Photos never reveal the real nature, the real energy of people. Most people do not look like themselves in photos - it is a very artifical representation.
Of course this is all just talk at the intellectual level, which will never create any peace for you where it matters.

viewing your picture before and after, i would again just say mental state need improvement. Nothing else.
