weight gain.........need advice

i'm 21 yrs of age my weight is 55 kgs as since childhood i was average in health but since 15-16 of age i became lean......since 2-3 months i've been taking alfalfa q drops to gain weight but it worked a little bit and now last week i added genetina lutea q with it as prescribed by someone......is it ok for gaining weight....and if so till how many months i must continue it?????,,,,hope for a soon reply....

Take a delight in everything you eat and drink throughout the day. A variety of whole cereal grains, natural rice, beans in all their hues, lentils, chickpeas, nuts of different shapes, colorful fruits, the fascinating array of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and seeds of vegetables in their myriad forms and textures, give you endless choice. Herbs and spices add subtle sensuality.

If you eat a diet based on whole foods, thoughtfully prepared, you will almost certainly receive all the goodness you need and the best combination of nutrients. There is no need for nutritional supplements.

In fact all most people need is good food and not bad food plus pills.

The main components of a basic healthy diet are: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and fiber. Most whole food contain many nutrients in varying proportions, so a variety of foods will give you a good balance. To eat well and feel healthy, choose whole, fresh, or carefully processed foods, and flavor those of vegetable origin.

Strategies and tips for weight-gain:
If you can, aim to eat slightly larger portions of higher-energy foods at each meal, or add an additional portion.
For example:

•Don’t rush breakfast – and after your cereal, add a slice of grainy toast with peanut or almond butter.
•Pasta salad at lunchtime – add extra tuna, avocado and vinaigrette.
•Potato salad – add extra mayonnaise and chopped boiled egg to your serve.
In addition to your three meals each day, aim to have three high-energy snacks.
For example:

•Generous serve of nuts and/or dried fruit
•Banana smoothie with (reduced-fat) ice cream and added milk powder
•Avocado on grainy bread

Increase your intake of healthy fats
•Add lashings of vinaigrette to salad. Make your own vinaigrette with three parts oil (using healthy oils like olive, canola, rice bran or avocado oil) and one part vinegar.
•Use avocado in salads and sandwiches.
•Add generous amounts of nuts, seeds, olives or raisins to salads and couscous.
•Add nuts and dried fruit to baking and desserts.
•Even for people wanting to gain weight we recommend using low-fat dairy products and trimming fat from meat so you are not adding saturated fat to your diet.
Don’t drink too much with meals as this can limit how much food you can comfortably eat.
•Replace some water with higher-energy fruit juice and milky drinks between meals.

Don’t fill up on bulky, low-energy foods.
•Snacking on carrot sticks and apple slices is great for people who want to lose weight, but not for you. You may also find it helps to keep a food and exercise diary for a week or two until you get into the habit of your higher-energy diet and resistance training regime.

i get angry when someone whom i trust breaks it.....and sometimes when someone irrtates me very much......my target is to gain weight and to have a good presonality without the use of steroids n all......dats y opted fro homeopathic rememdy......

Hi,

Please take Staphysagria 200C, 4 drops in 1/4 glass of mineral water, one daily dose in the morning, at least 45 minutes after breakfast, for 3 days.

Down the road, you are going to need Abrotanum 30C and Calcarea Phosphorica 6X. Please go ahead and purchase. Let me know when you get them, I will give you dosage instructions.
