hello sir,
sorry for a lil late response....i want to mention that since i started taking ashwagandha-q my sleep has increased means i'm now taking a good sleep,feels relaxed n stress free.....but in case of weight gain there is no such improvement....my weight is nearly the same as before......suggest??

Please continue with the remedy for 1 more week and eat good enjoyable foods including Rice, wheat bread and Potatoes. Also, eat a lot of Bananas.

sir i dint weighed as i told but i can feel dat build is increasing but not too much.......
xamz were good.....
i usuallu take milk,fruits,3 meals a day........ sir the main problem is that i dre are not fast results of the remedy.........!!
