This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Alumina is Aluminum oxide so is different to Alumina sulph.

I have been trying to get through all my emails while moving - I am sorry my tardiness required you to post here, but I actually can access ABC a little more regularly than my email account at the moment.

Ok lets get this started. First thing I need you to do is define more clearly the sensations and concepts.

With every sensation or concept, I need you to attempt the following if possible

1. Give a variety of words to describe the sensation ie. stab, cut, pierce, poke - make sure the words you use seem relevelent, don't just get a thesaurus - they have to be out of your thoughts

2. Give an image that represents the sensation ie. 'imagine a long slender knife suddenly being thrust into your arm', or 'it is like huge vice slowly crushing the life out of you' 'I see a pipe with a plug in it blocking the flow of water'.

3. Give a situation where that feeling would be expected or appropriate. 'I feel like a bomb has just gone off' 'It is like the end of the world' 'It is as if a gun is pointed at my head'.

Tightness

Heaviness

Losing control

Confusion

Numbness

Describe the exact pain of the headache, using the above guidelines

Jealous

Suspicion

Timid

Dominated

Made to feel low

Also, tell me what is means to have a wife that is small, and not a good intellect?

What happens when you try to sleep - describe the exact events that occur in bed?

What was the experience of nearly dying in a car accident, but not being bothered by it all?

I can keep looking at the case, although Gelsemium certainly looks appropriate. It doesn't sound like you can really tell one way or the other if it did anything, especially if the potency was not correct.

However, give me a little longer to examine it.

Gkumar, your name rings a bell, welcome back to the ABC Forum as you said before 'I ‘QUIT’ from this ‘esteemed forum’'
Good decision to come back!

I wish you well.

I will listen to your opinion about Gelsemium and attempt to find a more precise and deeper acting remedy for you. I guess I was just making sure that a simple answer had not been missed.

Sir, if you are so confident about Gelsemium, we may start with it. Sir, there may be 5 to 10% relief after taking Gels. a few years ago, can't say confidentally.

Are you ok to answer more questions, that come from what you have written?

I will say though, that Gelsemium as a traditional prescription does look quite good. However, it seems more emotionally indicated than sensationally - so I will dig deeper to see what comes up.

My style of case-taking is difficult for most patient's used to...well, just about every other kind of case-taking. It requires alot of patience and persistence, so that I may have full confidence in my understanding of your experience.

Once people get the hang of it we flow much more easily.

Define these words, using images to help me understand the meaning. I am not asking about you directly, but about the word and the reason you are using it specifically.

For example, when you use the word 'tight', describe something that is tight, describe how something might become tight, what does it feel like when something is tight, if I wanted to imagine something in or on me being tight, what would I have to do to make that happen?

So I am not asking you to tell me the story of when it happens to you, but the actual experience of the sensation itself. Don't talk about yourself directly.

Tight

Heavy

Jolt

Restless

Confusion

Numb

Dominant

Overwhelm

Also, just talk a bit more about the following things in your life you mentioned.

When you cannot control yourself, what seems to happen to you? What acts do you do that you cannot stop yourself from doing?

What does it mean to 'think from the heart and not the mind'?

What extra-ordinary efforts do you make to get love and affection?

What does it mean if someone else gets priority over you?

What kind of anxiety do you get when you are waiting?

What does remaining in your seat all day do for you?

What happens to you in an argument? Why can you not be peaceful?

What does it mean to any man, when their wife is small and of not good intellect, when she is not beautiful and cannot speak about philosophy? What does it do to their life?

I know I am pushing alot now for information, but I want to get his right, considering what you have been through so far.

Good work! This is how I like to see symptoms presented. I will go over this information now.

Thank you for your effort. Hopefully I wont have too many more questions for you ;-)

Thank you very much for your concern, Sir.

Ok, I can see one prominent theme in your case - the need for appreciation. There are other minor themes like Jealousy, Beauty, and Intellect connected to this theme, which suggests to me the element of Sulphur is important here. Sulphur is also the element associated with an incompatiable marriage or spouse.

However Sulphur alone does not cover your case. There is another thread that seems intertwined with it.

The fear of aggression, the aversion to arguments, the stormy and sensitive emotional state, the uncontrollable temper, the timidity and uncertainty, and especially the anxiety, are all themes associated with the element of Magnesium.

My experience with Mag-sulph in clinic has been that headaches of a long lasting and chronic nature were prominent in every case.

I would suggest Mag-sulph 200c, one dose only using the Split Dose method.

Follow the normal split dosing instructions.

Dissolve 2 pillules into the dosing bottle mixture, which should be 5 parts water and 1 part alcohol. Hit the bottle firmly 2 times, then place 1 drop into 1/4 cup of water. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth.

The remedy should have an effect within 3 days, which is likely of course to be an aggravation. Report daily if you like unless nothing at all is happening.

If it appears that there is no reaction after 5 days, I will get you to retake the dose but will adjust the dosage to make the medicine stronger.
