Repeat the remedy again. Hit the bottle 4 times for the first repeat dose, then 6 times for the second repeat dose. Do one now, and then do another dose first thing tomorrow.

In addition to the homoeopathic remedies you are currently taking, please use a little more Adrak (Ginger) and more turmeric powder in your cooked meals.
I am sure, you are already doing a lot, but, please I would like to request you to help more, the poor and needy in your COI.
It is for sure that your muscular tissues have been severely impacted. The above steps will help to correct the problem. Please be brave and be patient as usual. Inshallah, you will be healthy soon.

If you wish to take Nat-carb I have no objection. As long as you use the Split Dose and only do the one dose, then we can assess it properly and safely. I would suggest either 30 or 200c.
