Sir,
I am trying to re-post all the things (in brief) again. Please see, if any of it can be useful.
Constant headache (as if both temples compressed) from about 16 years.
(feeling of some heat/anger gathered at the top of head (as if mercury gone up in a thermometer)
Easily angry, easily offended.
Feel some panic /fear all the day (as if something bad will happen).
Need appreciation and love.
Concentration difficult.
Changeable mood.
At times, feel that there is no self-control.
At times cheerful (when feeling little better) alternating with sadness . Irritation and frustration is also prominent. Feeling of helplessness is also felt.
Very sensitive, sentimental and emotional.
Timidity at some level (to superiors only).
Cant work in the presence of others.
Aversion and disliking for certain persons.
Think others are not so competent and fast in performing work.
Sense of over-responsibility in office and at home. (think as if the other persons will face great difficulty in my absence).
In general, memory looks extra-ordinary. But at times, forgets some things, which were just thought (some time cant recollect the name of a person).
Aversion to study and reading. (Even feels bad for son as he has to study hard) (Thinks how is he doing such a laborious study). Reads the newspaper in just two minutes. Also, reads the office documents very quickly). Cannot read long articles or anything lengthy. Also aversion to any physical activity.
Want to finish the work in hurry and then escape.
Sleep restless (no desire to get up in the morning), continuous dreams (unrealistic/confusing), wakes tired/exhausted, grinding teeth in sleep. Wakes in between 2-3 times. Heaviness in eyes. Restlessness in back (lower back and shoulders and neck).
Low energy feeling.
Thoughts of disease and also do a lot of self-introspection.
Jealous (even want the son to love me more than my wife)
Forget words at one moment and after sometime the word is easily remembered.
Constant feeling as if done something wrong (give full justification for what is done) and also as if forgotten something.
Stool as if from indigestion (sticky) and flatulence.
Nose blocked (more on lying down) right nostril.
Sexual desire on higher side with early ejaculation.
When the headache started, apart from other factors like marriage, job, etc., there was suppression of discharges for about six months (as after engagement, we (I and my wife) used to meet almost daily.
Anxiety about future.
Cravings for stimulants like tea, cigarette and alcohol.
Likings : Non-veg, cold water, cashew nut,
Disliking : Hot things and warm water.

I had taken a dose of the remedy on 9th December. The next day (10th December) was Saturday. Sir, I usually feel better during off-days as compared to working days. Later, in the coming days, I realised it was only a 'holiday' feeling as the condition was the same. Then I had repeated the dose after 3-4 days, but nothing happened.

You have recommended for some blood tests. Kindly advice about these tests more, for which purpose these tests are recommended. I think S.creatinine test is for kidneys. What is seen in RBC and WBC tests. Sir, I had already got conducted a complete blood profile test, are these tests included in the blood profile. The blood profile report was normal.

What type of report of blood u have conducted. Upload ur report result. When Serum Creatine increase in cells and blood and RBC reduction and WBC increase they all shows same symptoms u have. Though they r the worst way of disease ideas that may u have but we should know well about that before ur treatment.
BCS I always believe in treatment process thinking that, 'Hope for the best but prepare for the worst'. U may concider thouse test as my thinking for preparing for the worst!!
But if ur results are normal than I will just give medicines as per ur symptoms.

In case the blood reports of the tests you recommended are not within the normal range, showing some abnormality, in that eventuality, will the treatment be possible through homeopathy medicines. However, I am in office at this moment and check my blood profile report after going home and will see whether these tests were also included in that test or not.

In fact the treatment is well possible than alopathy in homeopathy. I have just cured a month ago my fathers problem within a month of treatment symptoms look almost like problem of urs.
But I always like to find out the reason of the treatment before starting with any medicine. If I know the perfect reason of ur problem as I know about all other patients of mine than all my prescribed medicine will surely work of u other wise I will fail like all other Dr.'s u already deal with.

Do not worry much bcs almost every thing of ur blood is normal. There is a little problem in ur blood report at RBC count, Creatinine rising, dcl monocytes, tlc count, hb count, rising neutroplilis count as I hoped so. Nothing to worry much to u bcs u r still curable under my treatment and I think I judged ur problem with right guessing and in perfect timing to finding out it.

Only one medicine is good enough for u just for now I think. I dont know y Dr. prescribed u so tough and Highly sensitive medicines till now!!
Take 3 dose of Nux Vomica 200c 3 days at night before 30 min from meal to neutralize all drugs till now u have taken those days.
After finishing third dose of Nux Vomica 200c give 2 or 3 days rest t our body. Then
Take Anacardium 200c at night before sleep 7 days 7 doses each in a day continuously. pls report me after ten days.
Thank for trusting on my treatment. I think this Anacardium is alone very capable to cure all ur problems, though some of ur problems may still be there after Anacardium doses. If any thing happens like that thn I will prescribe u next medicine according to ur present symptoms than.

Luckily, I live in one of the best cities of India and have never faced any problem in procuring the remedies here. There are a number of good and reputed pharmacies of homeopathy medicines here. Any remedy prescribed can be procured in half an hour.
Please also clarify about the doses - how many drops of the remedy in how much water, etc.

Two drops of medicine in a cup of water. Shake the bottle of medicine 10 times before taking drops from it and also shake the cup of mixture 10 times before having it. Drinkcup of medicine slowly.

Thank you Sir. Shaking the bottle of medicine is possible, but how will I shake the full cup of water? If I am not wrong, I have to mix the remedy by shaking the spoon ten times in a cup of water.
Please also clarify about shaking of the bottle of remedy. As I have understood - to hit hard against the palm for 10 times before taking two drops of the remedy each time.

Pls upload ur improvements and not changed things or matters in forum ABC. Also mention ur present status of ur body and mental conditions at present. Stop taking tea or coffee and cashew nuts. Don't take cigarette and alcohol before or after 3 hours from medicine. When u feel that ur health improvement speed is getting too slow or hanged after 7 days from last dose of Anacardium 200c than inform me.
If u still see dreams thn pls describe 3 or 4 of ur dreams of last couple of days.

There is definitely a marked improvement in overall health, except headache, which is unchanged. The improvement is in nervousness and restlessness, which are better by atleast 50 per cent. From the last few days, I am able to face the situations in a slightly better way, with confidence.
What have not changed :
1) Headache, which is as before 24x7 (tightness in both temples, affecting the working of the mind to its full potential).
2) Stomach : Stool is still sticky with flatulance. Stomach is not cleared properly in the morning.
3) Dreams : Yes, dreams are continuous during sleep. These are very confusing and changing subjects frequently. I have noticed that whatever I think or do during the day, a dream on that subject appears during the sleep, but in a very different and confusing way. Few days ago, one of our officers was transferred to another department and he shared his inconveniences being faced in that office. He told me that he has to go to office by-foot or through his own vehicle as no Government vehicle has been provided to him. During that night, I dreamt of a similar kind of dream that officer was going to his office on-foot and I offered him lift to drop him. Thereafter, very confusing scenes, going in different streets and buildings, etc. Likewise, I dreamt of a situation when I was taking my son for entrance exam of a coaching centre, which we had experienced during the day. The dreams are confusing and some are unrealistic type, but not nightmares. Some of the dreams are not remembered on waking, but a feeling of dreaming is definitely felt.
Positive thing During last 10 days, I dont have to struggle for falling asleep after lying on bed. These days, it takes about 15-20 minutes to fall asleep in the night.
About grinding teeth cannot say exactly. My wife told me that I was grinding teeth during sleep about four days ago.
4) Unknown fear that something bad will happen this is unchanged. I experienced this terror type feeling during these days as well. But my fear often is for my son, as if something bad will happen to him.
5) Jealousy factor.
6) Blood pressure Often remains normal, but at times, dips low. However, have not noticed during these days, seemed OK.
7) Blood sugar level When I got my blood sugar level checked about two years ago, it was below the normal range.
8) Did felt hurt about 16 years ago.
First my father, who never showed love towards me and did not care at all. His rude and non-caring behaviour has definitely hurt me and is still hurting me. Second Before marriage, I had lived with a room-partner, who was also very rude and non-caring type of person, but I think that cannot make such a dent in my life.
9) Consequences My previous boss/office, whom I hate the most. But, I am not working with him from the last six years, but the headache has not changed. What have not changed :
1) Headache, which is as before 24x7 (tightness in both temples, affecting the working of the mind to its full potential).
2) Stomach : Stool is still sticky with flatulance. Stomach is not cleared properly in the morning.
3) Dreams : Yes, dreams are continuous during sleep. These are very confusing and changing subjects frequently. I have noticed that whatever I think or do during the day, a dream on that subject appears during the sleep, but in a very different and confusing way. Few days ago, one of our officers was transferred to another department and he shared his inconveniences being faced in that office. He told me that he has to go to office by-foot or through his own vehicle as no Government vehicle has been provided to him. During that night, I dreamt of a similar kind of dream that officer was going to his office on-foot and I offered him lift to drop him. Thereafter, very confusing scenes, going in different streets and buildings, etc. Likewise, I dreamt of a situation when I was taking my son for entrance exam of a coaching centre, which we had experienced during the day. The dreams are confusing and some are unrealistic type, but not nightmares. Some of the dreams are not remembered on waking, but a feeling of dreaming is definitely felt.
Positive thing During last 10 days, I dont have to struggle for falling asleep after lying on bed. These days, it takes about 15-20 minutes to fall asleep in the night.
About grinding teeth cannot say exactly. My wife told me that I was grinding teeth during sleep about four days ago.

I always choose potency very carefully for patients as u may realize now. So this medicine in mother potency will not aggravate at all I hope. Ceanothus will increase Red blood cells RBC and improve ur stool and digesting system. It will help to make ur breathing normal at bed time as u told me about ur nasal problem earlier. So u can collect it with full confidence and faith on me as before. U may buy Antim Crud 200c with it bcs I will go for that at next month.

Regarding craving for salt/salty food - I can say there is no craving, but I don't like food with less salt (I definitely add salt in the food, which has less salt). I also like tea and yes may be craving for it, as I take it atleast 2-3 times in a day. But if I take tea or coffee at night, I cannot sleep for 3-4 hours. I don't take coffee much, may be once in a month or so.
