If you wish to take Nat-carb I have no objection. As long as you use the Split Dose and only do the one dose, then we can assess it properly and safely. I would suggest either 30 or 200c.

The remedy I would like you to try is Hamamelis 200c. This remedy belongs to the same plant group as Arnica, and has a strong relationship (like all that plant family) to ailments that occur from a distant injury. It is well known for chronic, long lasting nose-bleeds especially in children. They are anxious, forgetful, have wandering thoughts. They can be sad and regretful. There is a stupid feeling in the mind, confused. The headaches can be so bad they feel as if they are going out of their mind.
Other symptoms which seem to justify the choice:
Absent-minded
Concentration difficult
Forgetful
Memory, weakness, for words
Thoughts, wandering, while studying
Wants the respect due to them shown, irritable if it is not
Head, heaviness
Head, numbness
Head, bursting, while stooping
Nose, obstruction
Sleep, bad/disturbed
Sleep, restless
Sleep, unrefreshing
Sleeplessness from activity of mind, of thoughts

Hmmm...I wonder if the answer could be as easy as Arnica? That is something to keep in mind.

Arnica is the first remedy to be thought of when there is a chronic complaint that started from a blow. It is an easy answer, a simple answer whenever the causation of a problem is a blunt injury.

I have looked at the symptom 'Ailments from head injury'. This brings up the following list of remedies:
Arn
Bani-c
Both-l
Cic
Hell
Hyper
Nat-s
Of those remedies, when I look at the timidity, the anxiety, the fear of being alone but the fear of people, the confusion - all these mental changes from the headache which is from the head injury - this very strongly points towards Nat-sulph.
I would suggest getting 200c of this remedy.
