Well it is a bit early to say it is the right remedy - only taking it will tell us that.
But I feel good about the choice - many things in your case point me there, and your spontaneous image of the snake swallowing the mouse pretty much confirmed it for me. I was already thinking boa or python, and then you give me that image. It is very gratifying to see this method cofirmed for me over and over.
You know, funnily enough, when I googled how a boa kills its prey, the first thing that came up was a youtube video of one eating a mouse.
INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING
Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules or 2-4 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.
Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).
Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I would start with 1/4 cup (62mls). Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.
This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.
Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).
Only take 1 dose of the 200c to begin with. You may want to get 2 bottles so that you can have both the 200c and 1M made up.

I can't seem to make up my mind what is better to buy liquid or granules. What do recommend? The granules come in different sizes and is confusing me
So if I buy the liquid I still need to prepare a separate 30 ml dropper bottle where I put 2-4 drops right, I thought if I purchase the liquid I can avoid preparing that other bottle

The ratio of water to alcohol is not correct in the bottle you get from the pharmacy. The amount of water is actually important - so one way or the other you will need those extra bottles.
I would just get whatever is cheapest, although make sure you don't get tablets - they don't dissolve.

Hi David, I'm still waiting for my medicine to arrive from London. In the mean time, when I make up the bottle. What alcohol can I use? Is whiskey okay?
Also perhaps irrelevant but there was another part of my body I don't like being touched and that's my belly button. Not sure if you needed to know that...but i really hate it when someone touches it. Same feeling as my throat.

Any spirit is fine, as long as it doesn't have anything like cream or milk in it.
Same feeling means same symptom, so no it doesn't change my perception of the case.

Great, just wanted to make sure.
Also since stopping Sepia, I am feeling better in terms of my endo pain, not as bad, and no breast tenderness. But my anxiety and worry is still pretty bad. I think I was over dosing on Sepia

Yeah lots of people we talk to here are misusing homoeopathy, either because they don't understand it properly, or someone is giving them bad advice.
♡ brisbanehomoeopath last decade
I must admit, i would like to be more educated on homeopath if you have time to explain.
I still get confuse on how long you should take a medicine? If a remedy is good for you can you keep taking it for a while? Or should you only take for a little time. Cause my homeopath advises to take it daily and consult her once a month and if symptoms are improving you reduce the medicine, but keep taking it. What's your view?

You only take the medicine until a reaction begins. Then, as a catalyst for a healing crisis that follows, it is no longer needed until such time as the healing process stops, and requires another 'kick start'.
Every dose of a medicine should be assessed, to see whether another is necessary or not. Taking a medicine mechanically every day with little assessment (or even any instruction and warning) is criminal, and harms many patients.
Over a period of time, homoeopathic medicines can graft new symptoms on to your old ones, and may create such violent reactions that patients end up in hospital and on orthodox drugs. We have principles in place to prevent such disasters, but so many 'homoeopaths' ignore them to the detriment of their 'patients'.

Wow i never knew that about homeopathy medicine. But than i can see that cause it nearly put my son in hospital because of wrong dosage. So if I start a new remedy as I am about to soon start. Can that antidote the last remedy and or get rid of new symptom that Sepia may have Started.
And just say if One day i decide I don't want to use homeopath medicine anymore because i want to try to fall pregnant. If you stop taking the medicine, can old symptoms return?

And what's your view on tissue salts? Some say you can take tissue salts with homeopath medicine to compliment and some say No you can't. I wouldn't think you can

Hi David, I'm still waiting on my medicine from London, apparently there's been a delay because of Qantas....I asked the place that I got my sons medicine in Sydney if they have it but they don't have it either.
Do you think there is a homeopath in Sydney who would have it?

I am not sure who the Sensation prescribers are in Sydney. Peter Tuminello might have it. I am not sure if David Levy uses the remedies this way. I know Ken D'aran doesn't at all.
Peter's clinic is at St. Leonards. The number there is 94397273. If they ask you can mention my name as your prescriber (David Kempson). Peter might still remember me as he was my lecturer (albeit a LONG time ago now).

Python is not quite right, so I am not sure what it would do. I have recently seen a Python case in clinic, the sensation was different - the whole body was being squeezed not just the neck.
Sometimes the remedy is close enough, sometimes it is not. My preference would still be to get Boa but obviously Python is the differential.

2 drops into the bottle. Hit the bottle twice firmly. Place 1 drop into 1/4 cup of water, stir then take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Do this once only.

Hi David, I took my dose on Tuesday. So far I'm feeling okay, I did get some anxiety yesterday but i think it was more from my son stressing me out. I was also a bit emotionally too. I'm due to get my period over the weekend, so am interested to know how I go.
Will keep you posted

Hi David, spoke to soon, since this arvo I haven't been feeling well. Really fatigue, feeling that my period wants to come but just cant, sore from the waist down to my legs, breast tenderness, really hungry, a little nausous. I am due to get my period on Sunday or tomorrow.
VenessaM last decade
Aggravation usually starts by about the 3rd day, peaks 3-5 days after the dose, and you will usually see some kind of improvement after 7 days. However, if the menses is the focus of treatment, the aggravation can last longer, often till the end of the period. I often notice that when treating menstrual difficulties, the first period after the remedy is worse, even if that is weeks later.

Hi David, so my period arrived on Sunday...it started off with brown discharge and on Monday also brown discharge with a little red but mainly brown and than today being the 3rd day it was really red. Had to take naprogesic by early afternoon cause I was not able to handle the pain and I was also getting stringy clots. I'm hoping tomorrow is better than today.
My face is looking okay but my hair has been shedding a bit.

Ok what we need to do is start assessing the reaction to the remedy.
Please list all the symptoms you mentioned in your original post, even minor ones and especially mental or emotional ones. Next to each symptom write Better, Worse, Same, Gone or New. If better or worse, write a percentage or score to represent how much.
Don't write out your whole case again. Just name the symptom or feeling or problem, and write its status.

Sorry for the late reply...just wanted to wait for my period to be over.
Here are all my issues

- period/endo ...started off worse painful but length of period was shorter and not as painful at the end of period.
-anxiety....a bit better actually, I feel a bit more calmer
-Back pain/ hip pain...a little better...but starting to feel some pain returning today
-pain running down back of my legs...worse beginning of period ....better end of period.
-Sinus/sleep......same
-stool...better during my period cycle, not as runny
-face little pimples....got a little worse over the weekend
These two symtoms are yet to be advised
-ovulation
-pain after intercourse
Overall, I'm feeling okay....my mood feels better than when I was on Sepia
