David, update on me
I bought a new bottle of Sepia today.
I'm taking the same way I always do.
My discharge has been brown since Saturday, that's nearly 5 days.
I started to get some pain on the left side of my uterus today, but it didn't last as long thankfully.

Also thought I would mention a few aggravations I got on Sepia at first
-an increase of hair loss
-some acne
-breast tenderness
-my bottom was really sore and red.
This is when I took 5 drops directly in the mouth, and than when I got a lot of aggravations she made me dilute the 5 drops in a qtr of water and than back to directly in the mouth cause I was getting a lot of pain again. Than I was taking every second day for a while.
So yah not sure what you would prefer me to start on the 200 or 1m?

My period just changed to red today. It's getting heavier in flow too
I still haven't taken Sepia cause I don't know which strength to take? 200c or 1M

I wanted you to get 1M because you have already taken alot of 200c, so that potency may not be effective anymore.
Kreos was clearly just palliating the symptoms. Hopefully the Sepia will go in deeper.

I'm feeling pretty low right now. I had the gut feeling that I got the wrong one but thought by chance the 200 would work better in water.
Even though I've taken naprogesic I'm still not feeling great and just really depressed. I feel like quitting and I'm not really a quitter.
Do patience ever get to the point I'm feeling right now? The pain is taking over my thoughts
I need some hope again perhaps

Hi David,
I have taken the Sepia 1M today...I'll keep you posted on how I go.
This cycle was pretty bad it last for 8 days and I had to take naprogesic two times. The Sepia 200 I felt made it worse not better. I'm hoping Sepia 1M will do be better

The 200c will have aggravated you. Aggravation usually starts by 3 days and peaks around 3-5 days. You took the 1M right in the middle of your aggravation on 200c. You have to wait out aggravation, so that improvement will come afterwards. Taking 1M so quickly may simply prolong or intensify the aggravation. It is better not to take remedies without my advice unless I have left specific instructions for you.

Oh no I thought I was doing the right thing with taking it considering I was still having brown discharge a little yesterday.
For some reason I don't feel as good about Sepia than I did about Kreos. I felt like Kreos helped me more with my pain. I feel crap while being on Sepia. I'm not sure if that's because this is better for me and I need to get passed This stage. I generally reject what is good for me. But I don't know I'm not as positive about it.
Could I have made it worse for myself?

I think also the hairloss is always a fear of mine cause of how much I lost in the past. So now that I'm losing hair again, its getting me a bit worried.
Also David, my husband and I are thinking of trying for another baby in June or July. Is it still safe to take homeopath remedies prior or during conception?

Kreos was palliating or suppressing the symptoms. It would have seriously harmed you eventually.
The right remedy WILL make you feel like crap at first, and it should (although the degree to which it does that can be moderated). You won't feel positive about it, it will emphasise all the things you are not liking about yourself. Then when the vital force pushes back in the opposite way, it will improve those same things.
The hairloss is likely to be an aggravation as well, and is a very typical Sepia symptom.
We have to wait this out, to see if improvement follows.
Homoeopathic remedies can only improve your fertility. They are not dangerous to pregnant women or to their babies, and in fact will make the whole process easier.

Jus say Sepia is the right one for me, how come it didn't help me in the past?

Update on me:
I started to feel a bit better yesterday evening and woke up feeling okay too.
But just after lunch today. Its gone downhill again. I do think I am ovulating I have white/clear discharge.
Im feeling the following:
- My breast are tender (had this symptom on sepia before)
- My body feels achy/sore like as though I have the flu
- Ovaries are tender
- I craved chocolate and when I ate it I felt like throwing up
- A little nauseous too
- very fatigue
- Basically Im feeling crap again

The remedy has to be given at the right time, and followed by the next correct remedy.
I cannot answer whey it might not have helped you in the past.
You are probably into the second lot of aggravation now from the 1M.

I think I'm actually coming down with something. My body is really achy.i have a little sore throat. I've got a headache. I've been sneezing a little. I have no appetite. I'm really tired. My legs are really sore and my hips and lower abdomen are very sore.
I just don't know if this is ovualtion symptoms or a viral thing. My husband is actually sick at the moment too. So maybe I am coming down with something.

and ask for Nawaz, He is doing a lot
to help women with Pcos and other
female disorders.
He does not work like David but he
is having a lot of success in many
areas. Read the ABC feedback thread
with patients feedback.
He is traveling now and has some off
and on response due to internet-
but if it was me- that is what I would
do.
