Morning David,
My body is in a lot of pain today, everywhere is achy....my back, lower back and legs are soo sore. It almost feels like when you get that achy body feeling when you have the flu, except I don't have the flu.
My stomach is also really unsettled. I feel nauseous. This is all the pain I normally get, during my mid month. My ovaries are tender. I literally can't move.
I'm a lot worse today, but this is what happens I'm almost bed ridden

Hi David,
An hr has past and my body is actually feeling not so achy. My ovaries are still tender but at least I'm not so achy all over.
Just thought I would let you know.
I also forgot to mention that I also get this funny taste in my mouth when I get so sore

I would say the only thing that was different to normal is that i wasn't in pain as long as I would have normally been during my mid month.
The mornings are always the worst for me. I'll have to see how I wake up tomorrow.
I'm feeling much better now, still not 100%, but a lot better than the last two days
But all the symptoms I got today are what I normally get, nothing different.

Update again
Feeling really lethargic again and sore around the lower back. My mood is really low and my stomach is very bloated and unsettled.
Off to bed, hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
I bought the 1M today

Morning David
So This morning I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. My body is achy, but a different feel of achy. My throat is a bit sore and little bit of a runny nose. I'm really tired and lethargic. I would normally take echineaca but not so sure now.
I really don't want it to get worse, cause I don't want to give it to my son. I know it's the weekend, so I'm not sure if I would be able to get a hold of you
Thanks in advance

hi David
Update on me:
So I wasn't feeling 100% over the weekend, I felt like I was coming down with a cold. But I took some vitamin C, Probiotics and Salt water and that seemed to have done the trick.
I am currently on day 23 or 24 of my cycle (calculating that I started my period on the 26th March eventhough I was just spotting than) So i think that is why I am feeling achy around my lower back and tender around my ovaries. It is uncomfortable, but am just trying hard to hang on.
I do feel like my period wants to come soon though, but I am hoping that it will last til the weekend which will be 28 days.

Hi David,
Update on me
My period arrived yesterday morning, so 28days from my last period was today. pretty happy they didn't come early this time.
I did get pain on Friday night, but once my period arrived Saturday morning, the pain went away.
So far it's brown discharge.
Will keep you posted.
I'm hoping I won't need any pain killers this time. However if pain occurs, what would you
Ike me to do?

The last time I took the 200c was on the 12th of April.
Today my period is coming red. So that's only two days of brown discharge.
I did wake up with lower back pain, but the Pressure of the flow is still bareable.
I have bought the 1m too
Will keep you posted, would really like to avoid the naprogesic if possible this cycle.

Ok the trick here is to only give it if it is needed. Since healing is a process, you want to make sure that the process is not still ongoing when you redose.
So firstly, a marked relapse is the main indicator for redosing, which would show that the process has stopped or even begun to reverse.
You may also redose when an old symptom returns from the past, and does not resolve on its own. This symptom should, however, still fit in with the overall picture of the remedy.
Now the issue of redosing when the patient has clearly improved, but is not fully improved, that is more difficult. Giving a dose too early can create aggravations or side effects, while giving it too late may mean the patient is suffering unnecessarily.
I find this easier to judge when I see the patient in person. I can see by the look in their face, the way they gesture, the tone of voice, what they say to me - you can tell how active the disease is at that stage.
Without that I can only rely on how much suffering the patient says they currently have, and hope that it is not just impatience talking. If you can bear it without too much suffering I would say wait. But if it is interfering with your life in a major way then redose.

That's really great explanation David, will definitely take your advice on board. It sounds ...less is more.
I know what you about being impatient though. Will hold off as much as I can. I generally know when I can't take no more. My body generally starts feeling weak, and the pain can be so unbareable that i cant even think of anything else.
But I see a positive difference from this period to the last period. So your method of dosing is definitely working with my body type

We have an old saying in homoeopathy - 'Haste ruins good cases'.
It is hard enough finding the right remedy, without then trying to rush the process along and instead wrecking it.
All homoeopathy ever does is stimulate natural healing processess. Those processes have their own pace and these need to be respected. Of course the homoeopath's job is to discern if the disease process has gained the upper hand again, and act to stop it.

Okay so the pressure of the flow is increasing now David. And the pain is getting a bit unbareable. I'm trying my hardest to hang on to see if it passes. I've had to seat down now (squeezing my lips as I say this)
The other thing I did want to ask though, doctors have always said to me to lessen the endo getting worse is to decrease the flow of my period. Is this true? Do I need to have light flow?

You will generally have a much heavier flow with endometriosis as there is a lot of extra lining to be sloughed off. So without the condition the flow should be lighter.
Repeat the remedy now - unbearable not a word you should be using if you were still healing.

David bare with me with this cycle is a little different
So I rested on the lounge for an hr and my pain has just lessen. So I'm not sure if I should take it.
Normally when I get pain it just gets worse. I'm still feeling pressure but it is now bareable
It could be fluctuating
Flow is still bight red though
What are you thinking?

I cannot tell from here. I am relying on you to tell me how much suffering you are experiencing. If it is bearable and not interfering too much, wait. Otherwise repeat.

I'm going to wait, If it gets worse again I will take it. But the pain wasn't as long as it normally would have been. So that's a positive
Is it the 200c I'm taking id things get worse or the 1M?

Morning David,
I've hung in quite a bit now...but the flow is increasing again and I'm feeling really weak.
I'm going to take the dose...am I taking 200 or the 1m?
