Oral Lichen Planus

Dear Dr,
I want to get more information about my lichen planus.since last 2years i'm facing oral lichen planus problem on my tongue and also inside cheeks but since last 3 days i'm taking Homeopathy below medicine.
TARAXACUM3
Borax 3x
SH 30ML
by doctor advice so can i continue same or if have any other solution to cure my OLP?
