Anxiety,Panic attacksA little over a year ago there was a brutal murder of a woman around the corner from where I live. I woke the next day gasping for breath as I napped. This lead to a fear of sleep...which lead to horrible General Anxiety Disorder and panic attacks 24/7. I joined a program, went to a psychiatrist and have been on a small dose of Lorazepam daily. I have healed hugely from those dark horrible days....rarely do I have a panic attack but on occasion the GAD creeps in. I think once you know anxiety you react to it.
A friend of mine has recently started on arsenicum album and has found it very helpful to her sleep. Still one of lingering issues. I took the questionnaire and it did guide me to this very remedy. i was wondering if this would be a good option for me as I would like to rid myself of anxiety all together.

and post those questions and
Someone can then look it over and
find the best remedy for you based
on that-remedies are not like
buying aspirin for headaches they work
based on the totality of the person-
mental and physical-
You have to post your case to get
a proper look at what would work
for you. Also the way to dose the
remedy is you don't take it everyday-
you stop taking it when you feel
better, then don't take it again
unless you go backwards.
