Hello Dr P - Thank you for your help. I have not felt depressed, however, I am still struggling with anger and losing my temper. I think that may not be related to my postpartum as I have had this problem for a long time. I wonder if there is something that would help me confront problems, stress, and things that upset me with a more even temperament. So that I don't feel like screaming, hitting, holding my breath, tingling and tight chest when something makes me very upset. I also, once upset, seem to let my anger out on everyone around. It takes a very long time for me to unwind. I need to sit and watch tv to distract my mind. I tend to run things over and over in my head. I also feel very regretful and upset at having lost my temper and sometimes do and say things I wish I hadn't. Could you help with this also?
