Hi, Thanks for your advises :) Just to update you that its the 6th day since i took Phosphorus 30. And i am much better now. Cough is still there but it has really came to the lowest level. Discharge is not green now its Mild, dense and white. I do not feel like cough very often but its like it happened once or twice in every 30 minutes and i have to spit out the discharge.
And have to clean the throat repeatedly, else the discharge which keeps on accumulating in my throat make me difficult to speak.
the stiffness on my scalp is low but its increasing with time.

Hi..
I hope and pray that you get better soon.. I had and somehow hav exactly the same problems but God helped me and surely homeopathy did.. also try to trust yourself and trust God, surely He is there when no one is.. talk to Him, write to Him..

I couldn't take the 2nd dose of phosphorous 30. I dont know why but i was unable to see the 2nnd page of thread so i was unable to read your posts. From 12th of june the cough symptoms have increased. Discharge is of same white mild and dense.
Scalp contraction is here it exists and it is irritating.

Hello Mr zady, It's the 5th day since i have taken nit 200. I want to put into your notice that unfortunately I have started to have sewer cough with green discharge double sneezing, blocked nostrils, pressure on my eyebrows, Running nose and heavy head. I think its due to some allergy. I am not certain about the causes of this cough but i doubt that its from allergy.
Any recommendations for me?

And anxiety is there but seems lowering down on intensity. But its not going away.i understand it is a long treatment so I need your precious advise on that. Thankfully.

Hi i was able to take kali bi 200 today morning. As i have taken it just 2hours before. I expecting it to work in coming days. By now the flu is really dosturbing me the discharge is green and pain over the eyebrows still exists.

Hi, It has been 5 days and The cough is gone completely. But my throat keep on filling with the discharge which i have to clear many time in 15 minutes. When there is no cough the color of discharge changes from green to something closer to a color like it becomes if we add some dust in a white paint. The scalp contraction is there but decreased significantly. Pains over the eyebrows ,forehead and arround my eyes is also decreased. Thanks for your continuous assistance. Waiting for your advice. I have noticed whenever I intake anything cold like cold water especially. the symptoms come back.
Now can we come back to scalp ? :) its really better less disturbing and distracting but shows its existence with contraction and headache. though the contraction and headache is lower than ever.

I am feeling better. As I said before that this dose worked at best this time.

Please take the following 2 remedies:
1) REPEAT Argentum Nitricum 200 - Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons, stir multiple times.
Take 1st tablespoon
wait 15 minutes
Take 2nd tablespoon
wait 15 minutes
Take 3rd and last tablespoon
(PS: 1 tablespoon = 2 teaspoons)
2) Avena Sativa Q - 15 drops in some water, 3 times a day for 1 week. Make sure you buy a good brand from some well known shop. Otherwise this may not prove very effective.
(PS: Dissolve in approx 9 to 10 teaspoons hot water)
Please update me after 1 week.

OK, take Avena Sativa twice in warm water.
15 drops dissolved in Approx 50 ml warm water will do.
There should be a gap of 4 to 6 hours between doses. Taking it directly on the tongue will not benefit much.

Thanks for your kind support, The given I week span for the medicine is complete now. I have felt a bit energetic and the interesting thing is that i have started to feel that my scalp pain is reducing to the level that it does not take much of my attention. What do you advise me next :)
