please diagnose me Page 4 of 4

Thank you very much Mr Zady. The update is that. My sour throat is recovered to normal but the discharge from nose and throat is as it was before the color of discharge is transparent most of the time but some times its green. Headache increased in winters. Nostrils are blocked most of the times. Feel depressed lowest concentration and loss of memory. Can not control the thoughts they run into my head and do not let me relax. There is no apparent reason to feel depressed though.

The cough is over the flu is gone but the flu (thin water like density) come back each morning and night badly and drips from the nose. The whole day stays fine except for the morning and nights. My nostrils stay blocked in the day but no discharge. Feel extreme pain and heavyness in the upper ends of the nose near the eyes and feel pain around the eyes. These are the pains which intensify in winter.
The worst thing is that winters make me sad like they will kill me, I feel like unable to resolve even a little problem and feel depressed without any apparent reason. Unable to stop the thoughts or controll the thoughts rushing into my mind, the thoughts create noise in my brain making me restless furious and grumpy. Being furious goes out of my control an i regret that but it happens when i am unable to solve even the little tasks i fail to resolve the simplet things and it happens when i am feeling extremely depressed.
