I was about to update you on sunday.
I understand that my treatment is not complete and I will not consider as 'COMPLETE' until I am advised by you.

The Update is that I am taking Avena and have nitricum 1M but have not used Nitricum 1M yet. As I had to do it with your advice.

I am not taking anything but Avena only. but as you said I am going to stop.

But Will tell you if i feel headache in that week of abstinence :)

Hi, it has been more than a week in abstinence.

The update is that in the abstinence period I have found myself to be in grave pressure on head. The pressure is there with a little headache.

It has been over a week since I took Agent Nit 1M. below is what I am feeling now.

1.Feeling very low concentration in my work.

2.Headache (continuous).

3.Very low but existing scalp contraction.(with headache).

4.Restlessness.

5.(loose motions since 2 months)I thought it will be ok with time but its not getting better at all. Sometimes things go better but the next day it again goes watery.

Please advise me.

Inform you that the headache is there scalp contraction is less. Loose motions are there as they were a week before.

I apologize for the delay in response. Actually the thing is that sometimes I fail to procure the medicine in time. I get the medicine late and that is the reason I reply you late.

I am so happy that the last medicine you prescribed to me did work like a magic. And i am on the 4th day of it.

For future I will try my best to procure the medicine in time so that i can be able to reply you faster.

The overall condition is far better than the day we started the medication.

Feel depressed most of the times (do not want to smile feel no reason to smile)where as others are celebrating the same moments which I find colorless.
I do feel like other people but not for more than 3-4 days after many weeks of bad feelings.

I was really happy 2 days back and thought that I have recovered really fast but now when I am writing you I feel like I fell down again.

That is the problem that my condition rises towards THE GOOD but again it falls down.

Contraction of scalp is there but not to the extent as it was before.

Now something seasonal:
I have always found that in winters I feel more depressed and exposure to sunlight makes me feel good. It is a killing experience for me to be in winters. This year February was almost going to kill me.

Sour throat ...flu... and headache due to cold and pain around the eyes fore head and below the eyebrows is what i am feeling in addition these days. I have this sinusitis problem which triggers in winters as well. I have low discharge with very minor cough.

yes currently I have these problems in addition to my previous problems.

I do not want the previously told problem to be neglected because of this problem but would appreciate if it can also be addressed. So that we can concentrate on real problems.

I am sorry I did not ignore to reply. I forgot to reply and due to my condition I am getting into this state of mind. As I am in pains since I was born.

I forget things I can not concentrate and you know my whole history..

The discharge is Transparent ->Closer to white color, and thick . And I have to clean the throat repeatedly, else the discharge which keeps on accumulating in my throat make me difficult to speak.

Thank you very much Mr Zady. The update is that. My sour throat is recovered to normal but the discharge from nose and throat is as it was before the color of discharge is transparent most of the time but some times its green. Headache increased in winters. Nostrils are blocked most of the times. Feel depressed lowest concentration and loss of memory. Can not control the thoughts they run into my head and do not let me relax. There is no apparent reason to feel depressed though.
