bladder problem
Hello-I have been suffering from bladder issues without an infection since last August. The last remedy I have taken is Silica. I have noticed improvment and went back to living my life normally.
I started to feel symptoms again after a month or so. I took a dose. Felt great for a week then started to feel pressure and uncomfortable. I had coffee. I do not know if this was an antidote or not.
My question how do you know when you can go back to living life normally??? Now I am fearful that even when I start to feel better I can disrupt things by causing a relapse..

not sure blood pressure but its always been good ..healthy and fit.
Last August I had a bladder infection. I took antibiotic and it went away. The next month symptoms cam back without any infection.
It has affected me both mentally and physically. I feel physically limited..becasuse I am uncomfortable or in some pain. Mentally it has made me very depressed and fearful. It makes me feel that I dont know whats happening in my life and I am trying despertely to cure myself. I have taken Arsenicum Album 1M, Natrum Arsenicum 1M and now Silica 200c. Since I have been taking Silica since May 21 I have been feeling mentally and physically better..went back to living my life more normally. Socializing, eating and drinking more variety and not thinking about bladder. July 8 I started to feel uncomfortable in the evenings...a little twinge, ache so I took a dose on July11, next day was in pain and symptoms returned. Took another dose July 16 and felt great for a week. The last couple of days I started to feel a bit of symptoms again. I have been drinking coffee on an off. my toothpast has tee tree oil in it.
I studied Art History.
I like all types of food...mostly vegetarian...just started to incorporate more protein. Eggs, Smoothies sandwiches
My mind is very powerful and when I feel any type of sensation in this area I get very depressesd and shut out everyone in my life. I want to be alone. I get very fearful. The worst part for me is not knowing what is going to happen. The fact that I was feeling good and thought my life was back and then symptoms came back has made me worry again...that I will never know when I am WELL.
My period is now...started July 24th..usually 3 days. I am regular. I do have pain during my period..lower back and front pelvic/bladder area.

There is no burning while I urinate...only burning I feel is when it is in a flare. That burning sensation feels that it is is by bladder wall...pressure feeling. When this happens it makes me urinate more.
My fear is that I dont know what is going to happen in my future. I feel that I cannot ever feel at peace that it is gone. I feel fine a lot of the time if my bladder is not upset..I sleep through the night. But, when sensation comes back it makes me feel depressed and scared that something is still there and not right. The not knowing is what scares me the most. The remedies I am on is Sicilca 200c. I have Aresenicum, and Natrum Arsenicum but I am not on those for a while.
