i stoped taking salts when you said so. there is too much happening in my body but right now i can say may be there is 0.0000001 percent improvement.

today there is no improvement. in the morning i felt some enjoyment and felt my brain chemical serotonine is becoming less and may be homeopathic medicine is taking over. i was happy. went out to market, had a walk and suddenly felt bad again. serotonine level rose again. medicine is doing something all the time to my body but why is it not solving the problem i dont understand. i feel better for sometime and then back to where i was before.

Farrukh, Hi there.

Ok, you need to understand how this all works correctly so
that will eliminate stress from not understanding this.

Serotonin makes people feel good. Some people don't
have enough serotonin or they have a problem with serotonin
delivery process. Serotonin is not the problem here- those
anti- depressants usually up the serotonine levels to stop
depression- but there can be a million reasons why a person
is depressed( physical low energy issues are one of them) so
the anti depressants just mess with the body chemistry and
get it out of balance.

When you take these drugs, they get STORED in the cells, in the
liver, in the muscles and so on. That is Why they want people
to go off slowly so that little by little the drug gets released
with minimum side effects.

The cells have to release this stuff. That is what the cell salts
are doing- putting the cell metabolism back to correct and
kicking out the drugs.

It does not happen all in one Go. Cell salts take some time- there
is no way around this taking some time.

Realize that when you have a thought --- or a sensation of feeling
strange again- the THOUGHT itself is enough to set off a panic
attack and the body will release stress chemicals and you will
feel bad- Because this has gone on before and the body
'remembers'

Write down all the bad thoughts you have when you are NOT HAVING them.
Such as, ' I will never get better', 'The homeopathic meds won't work now and
I will be like this forever' and so on. These thoughts are lies.

A tiny sensation will set them off and Boom! the whole panic attack, bad feelings
will be on autopilot.

You can be getting better, but those thoughts have to be recognized- and you
have to dismiss them. It takes some time to learn to stop them- they go on in
a split second and cause this- often you do not know you even thought anything.
But when you are calm you will realize- Yes I did have a thought or a sensation
that set off the thought.

its same today. i feel serotonine level in brain has increased today to the point where it was when i left antidepressants. this serotonine level is not normal. this is what antidepressants do. brain readjusts to new serotonine level. there is something happening in my brain and body all the time but it stops working after sometime. then it starts again. at the end of the day i dont know if i am getting better or not. there is this serotonine calmness in the body and there is salts doing at work. its like a fight going on and i dont know which medicine is going to win.

before taking drugs i had sever energy loss, panic attacks. i used to experience energy loss after i had sex with my wife. over time this energy loss became so great that it turned to permanent depression, eyesight weakening. i had psychosis. i used to suspect everything around me.
i thought there is some conspiracy going on against me
when i go around bus or meet people outside i used to suspect them. i listen to radio, watch tv i thought they were talking about me. i was hospitalized for one month. i took drugs, my panic attacks stoped i didnt feel better, i felt more stress but i had no option but to take them. slowly my psychosis disappeared. i took medication for 7 months. then stoped them abruptly.

Right now i have depression, anxiety. sometimes panic attack comes which i think is due to salts which i took. they are constantly affecting my emotions. my whole body seems out of my constrol. sometimes i feel pressure on stomach, sometime back, sometimes weakness feeling on entire body. now if i walk briskly panic attack becomes stronger , therefore i avoid it. difference between these panic attacks now and before was that now i get them and they disappear after sometimes but before drugs they used to make me weaker and weaker all the time. i dont have psychosis now. i dont suspect people or things. sometimes these thoughts come but i ignore them saying to me that its just wrong thought and will disappear with time.
i stoped drugs 17 september.

You are having reactions from stopping
the drug.

The salts do not last long in the body,
they are very low strength.

I am going to see if Rishimba who is a
homeopathic Dr. will look at this and

yes thank you simone. please ask rishimba. salts may not last long but they have started a process in my brain. i am getting empty feeling right now. like my body is becoming empty. here is how it has worked for me in past. after i have sexual intercourse i get depressed or empty feeling inside body. if i continue having sex these feelings continue to stay in the body and create a mess. these feelings seems to have a time. when that time is gone, body starts to accumate energy but i dont know how long is that time. last 3, 4 years these bad feelings have been staying in my body and i couldnt get them out of my body or mind. i think part of the reason is constipation and weakness feeling in lower back and lower front. if i walk too much i get panic attacks thats what happened before i took drugs. i used to walk very much in the day in hope that i will get better but instead panic attacks start to appear. that pattern also repeated 3 years before when i walked a lot. now after i left drug it didnt affect my mood if i walk a lot or not but after salts there seems to be a process going in the brain which gets fast if i walk briskly. atleast there is some feeling now in the body weakness feeling or sensations, after the drugs i had lost all of the feelings of my body.

When did you take your last anti-psychotic drug dose? How long have you been taking them?

psychotic symptoms.
1. sometimes thoughts appear that people are talking about me. mind will pickup some word when people talking or if i read newspaper to assume its about me. its hard to distance myself from these thoughts. i stoped taking antipsychotic drugs on 17 september.
2. mind can become over suspecious about anything i see , hear etc
anxiety and depression symptoms
low energy, too much stress, constipation, impotense, stone like feeling in abdomen. posture not straight. feeling of lower back doesnt exist body seems out of control, all the time panic feeling which increases and decreases over time. too much stress or headache on the mind. if i take paracetamol, stress becomes less for a minute or two and then goes back to high again.
fear of everything. sometimes i get scared from things lying in my room, after seeing people's faces. dream like feeling there is something blackness in front of the eyes which stops me from seeing the world. world seems to be like a picture. memory is almost absent. if i close my eyes and tries to remember anything all i see is darkness like there is dark curtain in front of imagination.

i feel afraid, wanting to die, hopeless, no joy

it started 4,5 years ago, suddenly i started to feel low in energy, mentally exhausted. this turned into depression. i took homeopathic remedy BARYTA CARBONICA 200 and suddenly i felt constipated, stress, bloating. all my energies got stuck in the body and i could not recover from depression, anxiety, bloating, lower back pain from that day till now.

there is no time of the day. sometimes i feel ok sometimes worse.

external factors dont affect my feelings, my body have a mind of its own and its behaving out of control. suddenly i feel my stomach going inside, next minute going outside, its not calm

i have felt worse after having sexual intercourse. bad feelings get stuck in my body and dont get out.

i dont get better with any weather changing but i noticed i feel worse during dark days and little better during sunshine.

i rub my hand hair when tense and stressed.

i felt my wife was conspiring against me. i had that feeling a year ago then i took antidepressants and i began to feel i was wrong. it took time and now i dont suspect her. that time i suspected every human being i laid eye on. every object i saw, car, bike, i suspected may be someone had put them there to have an affect on me. but now i dont have this suspicion. sometimes a little suspicous feeling comes again but i can reject it now. i have a daughter. dont like her too much. i am upset of her crying too much.

dont like music much.

may be worse after listening music.

feeling of fear, anxiety, dream like feeling. my eyes. when i look at my body i feel my body is just an image of mind. i dont exist. there is darkness in front of my eyes and vision. i cannot see the reality well enough.

i dont get dreams, my mind doesnt create pictures, its only darkness in my vision. sometimes i get to see something unclear. thats why its hard to live . sometimes i feel i will become insane.

i have no hunger. dont like to eat anything for a long time. can eat rice. they are good enough these days.

my bowl doesnt move out of my body. it stays there for a period of time. 3,4 days and when i do feel the need i have to push it very hard, it feels my lower back which is used to push the bowl out doesnt exist.

i dont sleep well. wake up at 4.30 am and got to sleep at 10 pm. no particular posture.

sexuality has been a problem throughout my life. i never felt comfortable with it. i havent had sex for a year now. i fear if i have sex i will feel worse because thats what happened in the first place. i felt bad after every orgasm and went down and down.

dream like mental state. like my body doesnt exist. human beings are just images i am looking at. they are not real.

i have taken antidepressants and psychotic medicine for 7 months. i left on 17 september. i took gelsimum 30 c several times with no affect. phosphorous 200c with no affect, cell salts and they seems to be bring bad feelings in my body. sometimes i feel i m getting better , after 30 minutes i am getting worse. this cycle continues throughout the day and i dont get any improvement.

my father is heart patient, mother have blood pressure. my mother's sister had mental illness and also her daughter.

1. i used to feel worse after eating.
2. no joy no feelings when listening to music.

3. talking to others sometimes makes me feel better but only for a while. walking briskly makes it worse.

Take ALUMINA 200C once every 12 hours some 5 doses. Thus, in 48 hours you will be completing all 5 doses.

If you feel any change in change before completing these 5 doses, don't take the rest of the doses.

One dose would be 3 drops in some 10 ml of water taken in empty stomach and clean mouth. Don't take any food or drinks one hour before or after taking the dose.

Come back after 10 days and share your observations in your mental and physical symptoms.

i couldnt find alumina 200c. i was so frustrated, i got alumina 30. took it, felt litte better. panic attacks are gone. feel little bit better after eating something. walking doesnt make me panic again. overall little stable now. havent taken any other medicine.

Don't take any doses now. It seems the response has started. Now, all your physical problems will also get cleared gradually.

Next dose only when you relapse and the old symptoms seem to come back.

Keep on taking this potency as long as it works. If this potency stops working, go to 200C and proceed accordingly.

i am having severe panic attacks again. i had a long walk thinking that it will be ok but it started again. now the effect of antidepressant is less. so i can see more anxiety. should i repeat the dose. how much?

Take a dose of 30C and repeat it whenever you have panic attacks.

Meanwhile get hold of 200C and 1M as you will be needing them later.

i feel some improvement. i am starting to feel a bit real but also i am going back to where i was 1 year before where i was in hospital for a month. couldnt get up from the bed. my biggest fear is will i end up in hopital again if i m feeling low and low but then again there is some other feeling also that is coming that it will be ok. i took 30c once yesterday8 and will try to get 200c and 1m

If its just a psychological problem without any tissue degeneration, ALUMINA will cure it in higher potencies.

Think positive and get on with life.

i can feel my brain is producing some chemicals which is fine. but my problem lies with panic attacks and mood swings. here is how i have experienced that it works for me. i have these attacks, they will become more and more with passage of time until they go to the lowest and suddenly i will be out of the prison. my emotons will be unlocked and my depression will left by itself. right now i need something very strong to stop these panic attack. alumina helped to calm down a little but it didnt stoped panic like feeling. is there any solution?

Your cure cannot be completed in a few days. This is just the beginning.

Keep repeating the doses whenever you think you will have panic attacks.

panic attacks are becoming stronger and stronger and they dont come and go they are there all the time. i need something really strong to stop the strength of this feeling. seems like i cant take it anymore and i dont want to take antidepressants.

Please take one dose of ALUMINA 30C once in the morning continuously for some days.

Try for a week and tell me if the panic attacks reduced. If not, we will try the next higher potency.
