My mind is generally calm. But i recently lost my cousin in an accident. He was very close to me. I see dreams of him that i am talking to him or he is at my home. I don't fear mmuch things bt sometimes,darkness is scary for me.

My energy level is normal and i generally get 8 hrs sound sleep. I wud also like to tell u that there is some prob in my family between my parents. That sometimes causes tension in my mind. I sometimes feel anxiety like i can't sleep in between 2 of my siblings,if i do,i feel suffocation. I can't sleep wearing a full lower,i'll hv to change into something like a capri or a skirt otherwise i feel anxiety. This is new for me. I hv started felling like this since past 1 month.

Dr., i hd ignatia amara 200c for 3 days..
My mental state is gud and i was generally happy during these 3 days. Though i felt a bit of anxiety at night bt not much. Sleep was also normal. I also slept during day for 1-2 hrs for 2 days. Energy level was normal.

Acne problem.is the same as before. I am having this prob since past 5 years. Pimples heal after some time on their own bt their marks are hard to go.. They take long time to heal..

Sir,there is a problem attaching pics here and my internet is not wrkng properly dats y m nt able to send the pics..
Acne cause paim if i touch them.and sometimes they hv pus too and blood comes out of them. They also cause holes on skin..

sir,i hv finished wd nux vomica dose of 3 days.
some acne hv subsided and some new hv popped up.
i hd vry scary dream on 1st day of dosage and little bit pf anxiety too wen i thot abt my family problems. except this,nothing was unusual.
shall i start with sulphur 200c. if yes then plz tell d amount and time of dosage too.

Yes, Sulphur 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 morning a day, empty stomach, at least 45 minutes before breakfast, for 3 days.

sorry sir,i was having internet outage..
i took pulsatilla q for 4 days as directed by you.
i fished the dose on 26th.
periods have not started yet.
kindly recommend wat i shud do now.
