I am not able to understand that when everything was goig well then y did things started going abnormal again. Can it be because of stress due to exams?

Sir,since I started taking medicines prescribed by you,i was getting normal periods.I started thinking that my menstruation cycle will get back to normal again.
But,all of a sudden this irregularity has occured.

Sir,energy level is high.
I am going for a residential training in anothwr city next mnth so i am very excited for that.
Worry is nly that periods did not happen properly.Rest is normal Sir.I am relaxing aftr wxams.

I feel that I dnt make a difference to anyone. Being the eldest child at home,I am the one who has all responsibilities of paying bills,bank,buying groceries,etc as my father is posted outstation. My mother is always looking after my younger sister and brother as they are ill. I feel that noone loves me. I am needed just because of the works I do.
Among friends also,I dnt hv ppl whoake me feel special inspite that I always try to show others how much they mean to me.
All this makes me feel that I am not wanted.

Sir,I had pulsatilla q for 3 days.I was having net outage that's why I could nit reply. After having pulsatilla,dere is low bleeding since past 2 days. Very low like the last time. Shall I consider it as periods?
And Sir,I get mood swings very often as a result of which I feel very depressed and sad at just anything.

One more thing Dr., I am having weakness nwadays.. Body feels very limp and lethargic. I will be taking multivitamin supplements for that from tomorrow. I have also been diagnosed with osteopenia.. I am taking calcium for that. I had fever 2 days ago which is ok now after I took complete rest for 2 days.

I was also very stressed recently. There are serious problems between both of my parents. As a result of this,I feel very sad at times and get irritated just by thinking about it. Because of this family problem,I get very stressed. I am the eldest child of the family and being the eldest one,I have been conferred with most of the responsibilities. Many a times whole of my day goes doing wrks related to house like dropping my siblings to their workplace,getting groceries,paying bills,banking,etc.
My motive of telling all this is that,I feel that these problems are due to excessive workload.
I am anaemic also Sir. My haemoglobin is 11.
