I will surely help people out sir as you are doing. I just pray that our creator solves my problem as it has been long time since I am suffering with the problem.

Sir, I had kali phos 30 for 4 days.
I am completely calm now. I also visited a counsellor who gave me hypnotherapy. Now I am not worried about my exams and really positive about things.

Sif,last periods ended on 10th april. About Pcos,I can not tell exactly as I did not get ultrasound done recently. But still my periods get delayed if I dont take medicines.

Sir,tomorrow is the 5th day for hydrastis 30c.my mind symptoms are good,generally calm but sometimes I get really angry and at that time I feel like smashing anything I have on hand be it refrigerator gate or dressing table mirror.
I also witnessed mood swings during the period and from last 2 days I am feeling fatigye and abdominal pain.
1 more thing dr., I am also taking calcium supplements of 1000 mg daily.

Sir,I had Colocynthis 30c for 3 days as prescribed. Periods are due on 5th. What should I do next.
Also sir,I have been advised by physician to take supplements of calcium,vitamin c and multivitamins though I was not taking them from last 3 days.
