Acne scars

Is silica effective in treating old acne scars? Scars are about 15 years old, rather deep. Acne itself is cured and not appearing anymore.

dr.deshlok,two years ago i got scabies skin infection now the infection is gone but my body is full of dark brown spots,this is the third year but they havent gone, plz can you suggest any medicine for removing these spots.

silicea is good for this. I didnt see anything like this for flouric acid. where is this proved at? is silicea 3x going to be the highest concentration of silica?
