Urgent: Remedy for my pet dog

My cocker spaniel aged six years has been diagnosed with cirrhosis and pancreatic fibrosis..what homeopathic remedy should I give her.

What are the symptoms

She has no appetite, is listless and weak and has lost weight. The scan showed cirrhosis of liver and fibroids of the pancreas. Also, the skin on her stomach is peeling.

How is she behaving now
How does she behave normally
Does she prefer cold or warmth at this time, how was she before

thirst is ok drinks water normally
no appetite at all has to be forcefed
since yesterday vomitting
normally a sweet natured docile gentle retiring animal
prefers soft things to lie on does not like water
