Pl give him one dose of
Syphilinum-1m of 6 pills at bed time
Next day : No medicines
then start
1. Crab Apple+Gentian (5+5) drops twice a day in two teaspoon water (This is a Bach Flower remedy)
2. Aurum Met-200 6 pills twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2

Pl report back after 15 days
