Its OCD again

Hello All
I am suffering from various degree of OCD since my childhood. Initially I was not aware of this and I thought I had depression/anxiety. but I
researched a lot on this and finally found that its OCD. There are some very specific symptoms I found on some of the sites which match exactly with mine. I mainly have sensorimotor OCD (i.e.
always aware of body movements like swallowing,
breathing , sneezing etc.) . Like recently I had
developed attention to sneezing , which leads to abort in sneezing and I can not complete a sneeze now which leaves me very frustrated. I can not distract my self from thoughts of sneezing, which prevents it from completing. I am also a diabetic type 2.

Please help .Please let me know if any other info required.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 2 pills or drops of Hyoscyamus 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.
