It is the latest report but from the last year in june. and the report i showed you back was checked in jan 2015.
Gokhru will be really usefull if it can cure early ejaculation but the most stressfull thing is this habit or addiction
Please suggest me the brand name i'm unable to find it in patanjali. there was simliar name. Gokshuru guggle.
i found somthing similer. gokshuru(himalaya) but i have already tried this. it was hard to digest(I feel).
i Will start both of the medicine together again( liv 52 and Gokhru ). But unable to find gokhru or not sure about the brand please suggest it.

Take Gokhru churna of vyas pharmacy (m.p).Reliable brand.
It will help your addiction, PE, and others. Its tridoshic. So suitable for all.
Also procure giloya churna, again tridoshic herb. Very very good for you. Also called amrita (divine elixir).

Mr teupne.
I Couldn't find gokhru in vyas pharmacy so shopkepper provided me hamalaya gokhru tablet, and patanjali giloy sat(not churna)
and himalaya liv 52.
Please tell me is ok?

Take them for 10 days. And report.
Gokhru churna was preferable as around 100 gm would have been consumed in 10 days.with capsules it would be less.
Specifically keep track of digestion.
Keep taking triphla.
Start taking buttermilk after lunch/dinner.It helps digestion.

i didnt get any benefit from it.
i read about it. and i find out the remedy i took, and the remedy you asked me to take, both names are different. gokhru & gokshuru. i talked about it before but i thought both are same remedy before i searched on online shopping sites. where vyas pharmacy was selling both remedies.
if i'm right then should start again from the begining?
i have a memory problem which irritates me while reading books. i have already tried brahmi or shankhpuspi. brahmi caused stomach trouble and sankhpuspi worked as long as i was taking but the effect was not good enough for study. i'm thinking about creating a new forum for memoryy problem while reading books. before that i want to ask you will it be okay while taking gokhru?

Both gokhru/gokshura and giloya/guduchi churna are very good.
Giloya detoxes liver/blood and then rejuvenates.
Gokhru also does same bit different but both pretty good and safe.

Sory am not interrupting anyone treatment here but I have successfully treated many case by lower dose..
first thing the case is due to performance anxiety and less concentration about his stamina so once he belive he can do better he will do..
