Requesting help from Dr. Reva -or Dr Maheeru - autism 8 year old boy Page 2 of 9

He has been hot and dry internally that promotes his hyper and ...
Chamomila cools and wets him. You should give enough time for the body to adjust to this new normal. If doses are more then it results in catching cold. Dress him warm (socks at night) and avoid cold exposure. No cold food (summer vegetables like cucumber, squash etc must be avoided).
It is better to stop Chamomila for a few days (so his body will make adjustments) than to give on repeat

I have stopped the chamomila Friday . ( today)
I will wait for a couple of days and do alternate dosing like you say
One thing we noticed is he seemed excessively tired past couple of days
He went to bed early and then woke up at 1 or 2 at night and we gave him melatonin
I did not know about thuja plant, I will google and look to see if there are any near me

His tiredness has improved . He was tired Friday, but recovered on Sat and Sunday
He continues to be calm
He has improved eye contact
What has not changed
He continues to wake up every night at 2 am and wants to sleep on our lap , not sleeping , then getting melatonin.
Teeth grinding
Genital fondling / trying to be without clothes

Give him Oomam (Ajwain seed), 5 seeds in the morning and 5 seeds in the night and report after 3 days about his genital fonding.
do not give Chamo for now.

Can we give alternate day dosing of the chamo ?
Will try to get Omam today, I usually don’t use it , and don’t have it at home
Is there a role in any other medications for him ?
Really want to see some increased flexibility in him, increase attention and ability to do his own tasks
Wanted to ask about arnica ? Is it of any help?
Also about Kali Bromaticum and stratamonium
Is any one better than other and might suit him better ?

Nothing new
Still teeth grinding , periods of hyperactivity , no interest in any activity
Sleeping poor at night , wakes up at 3 am, lap , melatonin
All th time holding his genitals
Again all things in his mind
Instead of passing urine in bathroom he went on the floor once and then since then he is going on the floor instead of toilet. But if I go behind him he will go in toilet
Gets angry at times starts hitting his head , himself to express it if we try to prevent some odd behavior ( going and yelling in others ears)

We are noticing this for a couple of days
He still has some periods of hyperactivity, however he is quiet like this and seems to be focusing on something
Of course the genital fondling is there but reduced .. He is not waking up
I don’t know why he is like this since Sunday, even his teacher asked why he is suddenly quiet on Monday but are not giving anything
We just received the medicines today , Please see email with video
I am not giving the medicine as I am waiting for baseline
We had a similar experience 3 months ago he was quiet x 1 week and then back to baseline

when you decide to give the medicine, give Bellis Per 30 only, one dose for one day only

We just gave both the pills y'day night Thursday night. He is off to school and I can only observe him in evening today. If everything okay should I do the same both remedies or just the Bellis per 30c
Of note he is back to baseline hyperactivity now . I don’t see anything positive or negative after giving both the medications on Thursday night

So far seems no changes continues to be hyper and persists with Genital fondling

We didn't give anything yesterday as I wasn't sure and he is extremely hyper today with vocalizations/ yelling and continue to play with genitals whole day y'day ( got only bellis per on fri night)

We are continuing the Bellis Per 30c. Completed 1 week of it so far
He continues to be very hyperactiveness with jumping , frequently yelling , also continues to have genital fondling all the time
We really don’t see any change
Maybe it too early to see anything ..
Will continue to give as you had said 2 weeks and only 1 week done so far

1. Is the morning wake up pattern changed. Is he waking up too early?
2. Have you noticed the behavior you have sent in the video.
Bellis is to address the above and is most important to address them first

1) waking has reduced - past week only once he woke up in night
2) behaviour- he is hyper, yelling and fondling private parts often . Not quiet or calm. Just like the first video I sent . The second video showed a calmer child , but I have no idea why - he was not on meds at that time was like that x 5 days and back to hyperactivity now

The last video you sent was “working on with a virtual one alone in isolation” behavior and hand waving all alone. This is the behavior was asking about.

That keeps coming and going for him
I am sorry if I cannot understand the question and answering wrongly..
I can only say he has not been very calm , except today evening I am seeing some calm
And he was actually seeing his young brother and me doing a puzzle calmly for some time
The hand waving is still there , but honestly we are less concerned about it , than the other issues
And often one hand is in the genital and the other is waving and often it happens when he gets excited - sometimes for no reason

Please give him Phosphorus 30, one dose and let me know. This is for genital handling and reduce the irritability

He woke up at 5 am on Sunday and 4 am on Tuesday , so slept a little less( but didn’t wake up at 2.00 and so was not terrible) . So far he has been taking Beliis, we will stop today
Will buy the phos today or tomorrow and update you after giving it
