Can someone Please Help - Anxiety, High B.P. Depression

I have been suffering from Anxiety Depression and High B.P for the last several years. Of late, even a little stress leads to kind of panic and anxiety. During this phase I often wake up in early morning with anxiety and sweating in my lower portion of the legs. I am unbale to concentrate on my work and my memory is also getting weak. I also feel lot of heaviness in chest, head, neck and strain in the eyes. Could it be Cervical Spondolosis? I have sweet cravings and I swaet a lot in summers in the upper portion. But my sweat does not smell bad. I am really worried. Can someone suggest a remedy.
