Knee Surgery

My daughter tore a tendon from her knee and had to have surgery. They took a tendon from her leg and replaced it in her knee. She has arnica she'd like to take. Any recommendation for what doses should she take?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Arnica 200c twice daily for some days till she feels better. Then follow it up with a few doses of Calendula 200c.
