Hi Sameer, How are you doing? Hope things are doing good at your end! When I last updated you, I had informed you that I am seeing significant progress with single dose of conium30. There was no further improvement after that. Facial/scalp spots seem to be the most improved with this dose. It hasn't been continous improvement over the week but the gains made hasn't been given up so far (more like a one time blow). Other spots seemed to improve on day 1 but has either gone bad from there or are still hanging in there. torsoe spots too seemed to improve for a day but then improvement didnt last long. Itching returned a couple of days back but it has been worse during nights only. Sometimes the spots feel hard but tender and scratching is very painful but unavoidable. It causes intense burning which is somewhat somewhat relieved by taking super chilled water. i also had mild cold for a couple of days (with a little fever for a day).

It has been a week since i took the silicea6c dose and i am feeling much better. Most of the spots on face and scalp are sowing good improvement. I feel that these spots are just on the verge of getting cured. spots on the forearms and shins are showing good improvement. the intensity of psoriasis is considerably reduced. spots on other parts are showing mild to good improvement. itching and burning has also improved considerably.


I don't know if this is part of recovery process or not, but just letting you know, I am having stomach upset since morning (yellowish watery stools). I haven't taken any medicine (skipped lunch too) and it seem to be under control.

The update from my side is that the progress made with silicea has sustained and there has been a little more progress that I feel in last five days. My friend was saying a day before that only 10% of the spots are left on the face now. I would like to be a little more conservative and say that there are still 20% left. For spots on the body too there has been good improvement in intensity. Some of the spots (forearms) are cracking and subsiding and seem to be giving way to normal skins. Some other spots (torsoe) are becoming softer with some signs of normal skin appearing within the spots. Itching and burning also continue to be at low levels only.

Well ealier I had to keep looking for signs whether progress is going on or not. This time I am looking for signs if progress has stopped or not. Infact last monday or progress had nearly stopped for a couple of days but thursday/friday onwards it picked up again. I decided to wait for a couple of days more to report the condition, just to be sure which way things are moving. Spots on the face have subdued even further. Other spots also continue to be better - all the spots are drying up although its the spots on face that have taken the lead. It is hard to measure the growth but still I would stick my neck out and say that other spots are too upto 50% better than before.

There were a couple of days in last week when I was feeling giddy and had mild fever (99F) one evening.

Looks like you have hit the eye of monster with your last dose. I continue to see improvement week after week. This week too after the post, progress stalled for a couple of days and I began to think that remedy is running out of steam now. I was feeling more so because I had increased irritation for a day and I was about to report you the same, but then thought of waiting for a day to be sure. But it subsided same day and after a couple of days, improvement resumed. This seem to be following a sine wave pattern for last 2-3 weeks, but with troughs hitting new lows every time.

Face is almost clean, there are a coule of subsiding spots with mostly scattered remains of a few almost cured spots left now. Rest of the spots are also improving, some with good pace, some a little slowly. But for all the spots, they are either becoming thin or forming islands with normal skin appearing as base.

This one is for Vikas ji: Vikas ji, if you follow any case being treated by Sameer, you would notice the same thing everytime - all his prescriptions are of the highest order. He is very intelligent and kind hearted person and I would like to join you in saluting Sameer. I always had faith in homeopathy, but this could only be proven right by him. Sameer is the best homeopath I have ever come across. God bless you Sameer - you have helped and you are helping many people in distress.

How are you doing? Well, as for my condition, it seems there has been some progress, but it seem to be slowly coming to a halt. On a positive note, face is almost clean now, but whatever spots are left are not showing much progress. Spots on the forearms seemed to improve but at a very slow pace. Other spots too are having a little or no improvement compared with last week. The sinusoid pattern which I was observing for last few weeks wasn't there this time - the intensity has been more or less the same.

Apart from that, I had a few other problems last week. I seemed to have started a throat infection, one day I had difficulty in swallowing, but it got cured by itself in a day or so. Then I felt as if I am going to catch cold but then that too subsided within a few hours. I had an eye infection for a day - one day I had irritation in my eyes and they were red.I woke up next morning with my eyes glued, that too went away by itself in a days time. I felt feverish many times during last week, but didnt used to have any fever when checked. Also I had been having a mucusy smell in my nose just like then one after cold.

There has been drastic reduction in the itching since the last dose, except for a few rare days.

There has been only two days since silicea dose that I had any itching. One incident was a couple of weeks back and it is happening again today. But today's itching is much less compared with one that happened earlier.

Earlier the itching used to be more either in the evening after changing the cloths or at night (between say 1 to 3AM).

I haven't noticed any particular item that is causing or used to cause aggravation- I think it has been pretty much independent of any external source of aggravation. Hot climate for one puts me in a lot of discomfort, but it doesn't cause any aggravation.

I took Silicea 30c very next morning i saw your post. I did not see any improvement for initial 4-5 days. But from last 3-4 days things have improved gradually. Some spots had formed a ring kind of pattern, clear skin in the middle and a psoriasis ring around the periphery. I see some such rings slowly disappearing. There are more spots on the body that have started ring formation now (on the torsoe).

Some spots had improvement on the periphery (especially on forearms and legs) and central spot is still there. These type of spots have also shown some improvement with clear skin visible within the spots. Face is also almost clean now, you can say that 95% spots have gone. The remaining 4-5% spots seem to be improving slowly.

No other problems in past one week.

Here is a brief update about my condition:

There improvement continued this week too - A few more spots on the face have faded away. The leftover spots also reduced in intensity, not only on face but on entire body.

Things continue to improve gradually for me. Most of the spots are 70-80 % better now. As informed to you earlier also, either rings or islands of psoriasis spots are all that is left now. Even they seem to be getting better now.

Face is almost clear now, however the residual spots haven't shown much improvement. Same is true of spots on behind the neck.

Spots on forearms and stomach/back have shown some good progress. The islands/rings are showing signs of further disintegration/dissolution.

Spots on legs also got better.

No other problems in last 2 weeks.

Thanks Sameer, I owe this back to normal life to your efforts. I always used to think if I would ever get rid of it, but its only you who has made it possible.

I think we would know in a couple of weeks more if any further dose is needed. You are the best judge, but in my humble opinion, we might just need one last dose of silicea 200.

I'll keep you posted on the progress.
