Thanks Sameer, I owe this back to normal life to your efforts. I always used to think if I would ever get rid of it, but its only you who has made it possible.
I think we would know in a couple of weeks more if any further dose is needed. You are the best judge, but in my humble opinion, we might just need one last dose of silicea 200.
I'll keep you posted on the progress.
Have a great day!

Hi Sameer,
Trust this note of mine finds you in the best of everything!
I continued to observe a gradual improvement on most of the spots. The improvement is not drastic, but I can confidently say that they look better than a week before (80% down from the crest).
However, there are ~ 7-8 new (small) spots which I recently saw forming on my face/scalp. Also, there are a few spots (mostly on upper arms/sholders/neck) where I am not seeing any improvements for past few weeks.
Thanks
Navdeep

Hi Sameer,
Hope things are going good on your side! I was thinking of updating you about my condition for many days now, but then had a troublesome fortnight in between.
I am seeing 4-5 spots on face and one in nail on my left index finger. I am not sure if these are the spots from my last post that grew bigger or are new ones. I guess a few of them disappeared and a few got slightly bigger.
However, spots shoulders/left arm haven't improved at all but rest of the spots improved at a very very gradual pace.

Sameer, there have been a lot of improvements on the mental plane too, but i can attribute quite a few of them to changes on the physical plane. Basically I have regained a lot of self esteem which was pretty low before I started seeking your advice. All the changes I see on the mental plane are a direct by product of improved self esteem.
About my general behavior:
I get quite panicky about the things I perceive as holding some value to me (for example i put my credit card somewhere and can't locate it where i thought it would have been, i immediately get panicky).
I am quite lazy at most of the things and postpone almost everything to the point where i have no other choice but to do it.
I am timid and would tend to avoid trouble or hardship and go for the easier route.
I tend to go to the shell when encountered with some problem I can't handle (or don't want to handle) and start thinking about the 'spiritual' aspects of life.
I am not very emotional and not very sympathetic to other people's problems.
I am honest and straightforward and don't manipulate people or situations to my advantage.
I am cool headed most of the time, don't get into an argument and even if I do I would give up easily. I am quite forgiving and have very low expectations from others.
I am not very sociable and like to be in the company of a select few.
I don't like to offer or receive free advice.
I don't have any particular desire for any kind of food but I generally prefer eating vegetarian indian food and like cold things to drink.
I am not very good at lying to others but rarely would use lies to my advantage.
Please let me know if you need some specific information. I've tried to be very honest but not sure if this is what you were looking for.
Thanks,
Navdeep

Hi Sameer,
My reaction to a change is influenced by two things 1. how deeply I am attached with the subject. 2. If the change is positive or negative.
About negative changes (changes that bring physical or mental hardship), I am a 'change averse' person, I like the things to maintain status quo as long as possible. If I know before hand that some change is about to occur, I try to prepare myself mentally and sometimes I succeed in making myself calm (But I am mostly anxious/worried before a change). After the change event has occurred, I don't easily get to term with it. I crib, I curse, sometimes even cry and I wish things were back the way it was before. It takes me some time to adjust to the change.
I am joyed with positive changes, and how much joyful I am, again depends on how deeply I am attached with the subject.
I don't like unknown changes that come suddenly, even if it is not of much importance, but I adjust rather quickly to these type of changes. For example, we had a change in office space recently and I wasn't too happy about it. But a after few days in new space, I was okay.
I am not very adventurous. I am not a risk taker. Self preservation is a very strong instinct in me. I like adventure but not to the point that it puts me in danger. For example, I might go for trekking but not for something like river rafting or rock climbing.
I also have a tendency to anticipate the negative consequences to a certain event and try to cover all the possibilities, however, I get too involved in the process and start worrying about things that might not occur at all. This doesn't happen to me all the times but is triggered by certain events where in I am scared that I might lose something precious.

Your constitution is clear to me, but before we move on there, to make sure, Silicea has done all it can, please take a single dose of Silicea 200c, just take an olfaction dose as before.

Hi Sameer,
I have not seen any improvement with Silicea 200.
Spots everywhere else seem to be a little worse or at best no change on a few spots. Worsened spots feels a little more hard/thick and a little more itchy. Newer spots too didn't show any improvement with this dose. There are a few more new spots on the face/scalp.
I noticed something about my behavior and I think it is important to let you know.
I observed that if something goes wrong in my personal life, I get tense and start blaming my family members who ever I think is responsible.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks,
Navdeep

Okay, Silicea has done all it could. There is no further need of anti-doting Sulphur.
It is time we moved onto the remedy which covers the totality best.
Please sniff Calcarea Carbonica 30c in the exact same manner as your earlier doses.
Report in 1 week.

Hi Sameer,
I took the medicine on 8/28 as per your directions. Aug has turned out to be one of the feakiest months in my life. Saturday night while playing my son, I got a minor eye injury. It were people other than me who were more scared than me because of some visible damage to the eyeball. I tried reaching eye emergency splist but none was available. i could find one eye surgeon in appolo yesterday and he performed some tests and concluded that my cornea was also damaged. So he did some bandage and prescribed some oral mediciation as well as eye drops. He saw me again today and said its healing well, but asked me to continue with medications.
I have to take some pills twice a day for next two more days. I don't know if its kind of antibiotic medicine or some enzymes to make the eye heal faster, however I am worried if it would antidote the dose of calcarea carb.
I'll update you about the skin condition in a few more days, but please let me know if I need to take calcarea dose again.
Thanks,
Navdeep

Hi Sameer,
My eye is healing well, but I noticed the traces of panic in my approach as reported to you earlier. I got suspicious about my vision quality twice on consecutive days and rushed to the doctor, he found nothing wrong. He then referred me to retinologist for retina exam, who also couldn't find anything wrong. But all along I was cooking up nightmares and was having extreme panic attacks. On those two occasions I could feel my arms and legs swell and some weird panicky feeling run through my body. I was also barely able to hold myself from breaking down while explaining my agony to doctors. I could hardly speak and my voice would quiver. This was a classical example of how I handle situation critical involving change/potential change.
About the psoriasis condition, I could not feel any improvement for first couple of days. This was followed by aggravation in my condition for next 3-4 days (both qualitatively and quantitatively). It seem to be stabilizing/getting a little better since yesterday. I think it would take a few more days to have a clear picture.
Thanks,
Navdeep

Hi Sameer,
Something is going on for sure with Calc 30, but I am unable to decide which way things are headed. Few of spots are getting better (on my stomach and face/ears neck...I can feel them getting softer). At the same time I am seeing new spots on my face, which had disappeared with Silicea. Spots on forearm are spreading but seem to be thinning out. Spots on lower legs are also less harder. Even the spots that were not moving earlier are showing some signs of life.
I also observed an alternating pattern in my condition, one day it feels better and next day or two it seem to worsen. Today seem to be one of the better days.
IMHO, i think it would be worthwhile to wait for a week more, but please let me know if you perceive things differently.
Thanks,
Navdeep

I am feeling much better. I believe my ability to tackle change has also improved - I feel mentally stronger.
I had a couple of difficult situations in last week, handled them with less anxiety and panic.
I was also not worried about the flare up of my symptoms. I am feeling peaceful and in better control of myself.
I felt a little more sensitive to noise.

Well, then we have hit the 'constitutional' remedy.
Stop worrying about the spots now, they will come and go, as now the very roots of these problems will be removed.

Thank you so much, Sameer. Those are indeed very encouraging words from you. I feel closer than ever to complete repudiation from the disease now.

Hi Sameer,
I am not feeling any better :(. I feel that spots are spreading and getting thick too. Initially I felt that although spots are spreading but they appeared to thin out. Also, many spots that disappeared are surfacing again almost everywhere on the body. Itching is also back :(. Even scratching also does not relieve itching.
It is not as bad as it initially was, but from a meagre 5% a month ago, it has jumped back to nearly 20-25% of initial levels.
Majority of worsening is seen on arms/legs and scalp. Face is relatively better but not seeing tangible signs of improvement there too.
Please let me know what should I do next.
Thanks,
Navdeep
